Good day all. With the election of Donald Trump, many of the Obama decrees were soon tossed onto the ash heap of history. One of these was Obama’s blocking of the Keystone Pipeline. However, one of Obama’s few remaining legacies came back to bite the pipeline once again.
A federal judge has issued an injunction blocking the construction of the pipeline citing “Fweelingz.” Here are the details from Fox Business News:
A federal judge in Montana has blocked construction of the $8 billion Keystone XL Pipeline to allow more time to study the project’s potential environmental impact.
Impact? This thing has been “Studied” 6 ways from Sunday.
The Great Falls Tribune reports U.S. District Judge Brian Morris’ order on Thursday came as Calgary-based TransCanada was preparing to build the first stages of the oil pipeline in northern Montana. Environmental groups had sued TransCanada and The U.S. Department of State in federal court in Great Falls. Morris was appointed by President Barrack Obama in December of 2013.
Well well well, what a surprise. We have yet another corrupt Obama judge legislating from the bench.
Morris says the government’s analysis didn’t fully study the cumulative effects of greenhouse gas emissions, the effects of current oil prices on the pipeline’s viability or include updated modeling of potential oil spills.
Morris’s ruling has nothing to do with the environment and everything to do with screwing the Trump Administration. Typical of all CommuNazi judges, (And sadly, a few so called Republican judges), he has decided that he is the law, and the real law means nothing. Without a doubt, this ruling will be appealed and it will be overturned.
However, there is no way these crooked totalitarian judges can be stopped other than Impeachment or Death. (By natural causes) This is the legacy Obama and the CommuNazis have bequeathed America. Fortunately, The Republicans held the senate even with the vote rigging and ballot box stuffing by the CommuNazis, and more Constitutionalist judges will be appointed to the bench.
