General Flynn’s Writ of Mandamus has been granted

Good day all. Among all the other news going on is the continuing saga of the Flynn Affair. A couple of months ago, the Department of Justice, after the mountains of evidence showing that the Deep State was railroading General Flynn, announced it was dropping the charges.

That should have been the end of the story, but then the presiding judge, Emmett Sullivan, went insane and announced that he was going to look for other reasons to throw Flynn in prison. Finally, General Flynn’s new lawyer, Sidney Powell, started digging and found the truth, that the FBI and the Mueller Inquisition set out to get Flynn in hopes they could use him to get President Trump.

Because of Sullivan’s blatantly unconstitutional actions, Ms. Powell filed a Writ of Mandamus with the appeals court. Wednesday, June 24th, in a 2-1 decision, the appeals court ordered Sullivan do dismiss the charges. Here are the details from Fox News:

A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a lower court to allow the case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn to be dismissed, as requested by the Justice Department — likely ending the years-long legal saga stemming from the Russia investigation. The abrupt ending came in a 2-1 ruling and order from judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

The one judge who dissented? Would you care to guess who appointed her? Come on, I know you can do it. I know it’s on the tip of your tongue? Can’t figure it out?

This was the result of an appeal from Flynn’s lawyers asking for a so-called writ of mandamus – essentially an order telling a government official to carry out a certain duty – directing District Judge Emmet Sullivan to approve the DOJ’s motion to dismiss.

As for Sullivan, apparently he’s so think headed that he can’t understand that he was ordered to drop the charges.

Sullivan did not immediately grant that motion and instead sought to hold hearings on the matter, angering Flynn allies.

Sullivan should have been removed from the case after the first day. It was obvious that he was out to get Michael Flynn when he accused him, from the bench, of treason. That he’s still refusing to drop the charges shows that he isn’t just biased, he prejudged this case.

The unusual move from Sullivan to keep the case alive despite prosecutors’ wishes was preceded by an unusual move from the DOJ itself to drop the charges against Flynn even after he had pleaded guilty — saying the FBI interview that led to his charge of lying to investigators about his contacts with Russia’s ambassador had no “legitimate investigative basis.”

The reason for the move to dismiss is simple. The DoJ and FBI flat our lied and hid exculpatory evidence, ruined General Flynn financially, then flat out threatened his family if he didn’t plead guilty. When Sidney Powell took over General Flynn’s defense, she started finding all sorts of very interesting information. I suspect that United States Attorney John Durham has also started looking at that information as well.

It’s unclear whether Sullivan could try to appeal to the full appeals court or even to the Supreme Court in order to keep the case alive. The next step otherwise would likely be for Sullivan to comply.

Oh I think he’s stupid enough to try. The problem is, there is a recent supreme court ruling that backs General Flynn’s position. It was not even a close decision. All 9 justices, including the two Obama judges ruled in favor. Ruth Bader-Ginsburg wrote the decision and set on fire the 9th Circuit Court. If Sullivan is that stupid, it’s entirely possible that the Obama judges will all rule in his favor, then it’s off to the Supreme Court who will then set fire to both him and the Appellate Court.

Sullivan needs to do two things. First, he needs to drop the charges and dismiss the case as directed by the appeals court, then he needs to retire from the bench effective immediately. If he refuses, then he needs to be removed from the case and not allowed to sit on any case more involved then traffic violations.
