The Angry Webmaster doesn’t spend all day raging at the world. In fact he works in the computer field. Every once in a while, he has been forced to call tech support for assistance. He has ben lucky in that he hasn’t had a run in with an outsourced helpdesk. Our friend Foamy the Squirrel hasn’t been that lucky. 🙂
Our first entry has Foamy calling Tech support for the first time after he trashes his system. (Gee, where have we seen that before?
Here. when Foamy calls Tech Support, he finds out that Mamudi Booty is the sole person handling problems from computer users. He also discovers that the outsource tech support company uses a Shocky Monkey when Mamudi starts to slack off. Like Foamy, I could use a shocky monkey when I’m handling tech support calls. Only I won’t be using it on myself. Heheheheheh
In Foamy’s Third Our ever helpful tech support guru, Mamudi Booty does what most of them do and give Foamy bad advice then hangs up.
