Good day all. I’ve written a few things regarding Disney and how they went from Walt Disney’s family oriented entertainment to today’s Woke groomers and pedophiles. Disney’s collapse began quite a while ago under Michael Eisner. It accelerated under Bob Iger in his first term. When Iger stepped aside and Robert Chapek took over, things went from bad to worse.

When Florida decided to listen to parents and started cleaning out the trash that the “Professional Educators” called education, Chapek’s first response was to stay out of it. However, he quickly lost control as all the Diversity people started screaming ranting and raving. This culminated in the Florida legislature ending Disney’s Reedy Creek district and replacing it with a new one.
Chapek was forced out and Iger came back and promptly pushed the pedal to the metal with regards to all the Progressive D.E.I. films and TV shows. Over the last year, Disney’s films have been bombing so badly that the USAF is looking to use them to replace the ordnance carried by B-52’s. A lot of this has been covered on YouTube by Legal Mindset who is an attorney who specializes in the District system used by Florida.
What’s even worse then the Disney film projects detonating like Little Boy over Hiroshima has been the lack of attendance at Disney’s premier park, Disney World. Normally, they would be selling out all summer. This isn’t happening. People just aren’t coming to the parks. Disney’s management has been blaming this on Ron DeSantis claiming that the “Woke” people aren’t coming to Florida.
In fact, tourism is up across the board for Florida and Universal is not having any problems filling up their park. Now things might have started to hit home. Disney’s Chief Diversity Officer has decided to “Seek other opportunities elsewhere. Here are the details from the New York Post:
Disney’s chief diversity officer Latondra Newton is reportedly leaving the company — ending a six-year stint that generated controversies as the Mouse House adopted “woke” policies that have alienated many of its core customers.
Alienated would be putting it mildly. When you are taking your little girl into a Disney store to buy her an overpriced princess dress, and there is some guy, needing a shave and wearing a dress greeting people? Yeah, they get kind of antsy.
Last year, Disney World in Orlando, Fla. grabbed headlines when it did away with its longtime greeting, “Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls” from its Magic Kingdom fireworks show to promote inclusivity.
“We want to create that magical moment with our cast members, with our guests,” Newton said at the time. “And we don’t want to just assume because someone might be in, our interpretation, may be presenting as female that they may not want to be ‘princess.’”
On Newton’s watch, Disney also ditched “fairy godmothers” for more inclusive, gender-neutral titles at dress-up boutiques inside its theme parks.
Employees who were formerly called “Fairy Godmothers in Training” are now called “Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices.”
“This way, cast members that might not identify as female can still be part of the process to dress up & style the children without having to refer to themselves as a female Disney character,” according to Disney blog “Streaming the Magic.”
From what I have heard, this Woke, bigoted idiot started intruding into the films that Disney has been producing of late and not to the benefit of the films or the shareholders.
Newton had led Disney’s diversity and inclusion initiatives since 2017, coordinating with various teams to produce entertainment “that reflects a global audience and sustains a welcoming and inclusive workplace for everyone,” as per a profile on the company’s website.
Global audiences? I wonder what globe that might be? It sure as Hell isn’t Planet Earth. Most of Asia isn’t all that thrilled with the Woke crowd’s ideas of “Diversity” and haven’t been going to the movies. China is a big market for Disney films, since they usually aren’t political and don’t have to much of a problem with the censors in China. However people in China haven’t been going. Why you ask? Because the movies just flat out stink.
During Newton’s tenure, Disney landed in the middle of the nation’s culture wars by introducing gay, lesbian, transgender, non-binary, and other minority characters into its animated series and films. The company instituted a slew of other changes, such as outfitting Minnie Mouse with a blue pantsuit instead of her traditional red and white polka-dot dress.
This is all very appropriate content for children…NOT!
Disney also announced that it would do away with the seven dwarves characters from its Snow White live-action remake in response to criticism that it was denigrating to those in the dwarfism community.
Last month, a survey found that Disney’s reputation has suffered as a result of its wading into polarizing topics including transgender and sexual identity issues.
Why is this at all surprising? People go to Disney to be entertained and to have fun in a safe location, not be preached at by Woke, mentally ill cross dressing pedophiles involved in human trafficking. (Another term for human trafficking is the Slave Trade) According to Legal Mindset, although this loser is gone, the policies she put in place will be remaining.
What’s next for Disney? Well, there are a few lawsuits over the State of Florida dissolving the Reedy Creek district. Disney is claiming that this violates their 1st Amendment rights. This is a load over manure of course Florida dissolved several other districts with this legislation. There are other issues as well, some of which could, if this is accurate, hit Disney hard in the wallet.
It has something to do with the bonds that were issued and Reedy Creek not following the law when issuing them. Depending on how things proceed, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that Bob Iger and the Board of Directors could find themselves in legal jeopardy. (As in criminal charges) Then there is the Hulu streaming service.
Hulu is owned by Comcast, (Which owns Universal), and Disney. There is some sort of thing that allows Comcast to force Disney to buy out Comcast’s share of Hulu. From what I’ve been reading and hearing, that is going to be a minimum of abut $9 Billion dollars and as high as $25 billion dollars. The problem for Disney? They ain’t got the money. Apparently Disney only has about $200 million dollars on hand after all their expenses.

Where they are going to get the money is a big question. As I understand it, this sale comes due next year. Normally, Disney would be raking in the cash through their parks, but since no one is going, no cash. There has been talk that Disney might sell off some of their properties, such as Lucas film, Pixar and Marvel. The problem with that is they aren’t worth what Disney paid for them, and a large part of that is to the Woke content that’s been inserted, a lot of it due to the now former Chief of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Regarding legal issues, there is another one looming if things don’t turn around and soon, and that would be angry shareholders. Disney’s stock has fallen from a high of about $185/share in 2021 to today’s $88.44 (A few minutes before the close) Disney hasn’t paid a dividend since 2019. If Disney’s stock should drop below about $80/share, then many experts think that shareholder lawsuits might happen.
Even the institutional investors, such as Blackrock and Vanguard, that have been pushing all of this ESG and Woke garbage on companies might feel the wrath of their own investors, and they might have no choice but to dump Disney. (Considering who runs the funds I mentioned, they just might be dumb enough to not reverse course) If the institutional investors don’t push Disney to change direction, they might see their own investors pulling out. (Can we say ripple effect? Sure we can!)
Disney is between the literal rock and a hard place. They did it to themselves with all of this Woke diversity crap. Now the chief architect appears to have been fired. (The terminology used, Seeking other opportunities elsewhere, is usually seen as “We just walked a senior executive out the door.”) Sadly, until they get rid of Iger and a good chunk of the Board of directors, Disney will continue spiraling in to the inevitable crash with a possible filing for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
