So, Holder lied to congress?

About a week ago I wrote up a posting on Operation Fast & Furious asking if this might be Obama’s Watergate. Well, it looks like the chickens are starting to roost.

Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States, in testimony to Congress, said that he had only heard about the operation a few weeks earlier. This appears to not be the case. In fact, it looks like Holder flat out lied to a Congressional committee investigating this disaster.

I do believe that lying to congress is against the law. In fact, people have gone to jail for it ((Watergate Story Part 3)).

As I said in the original posting, the big difference between Watergate and Fast&Furious is, no one died during Watergate. Thanks to the Obama Administration’s “Cunning Plan“, one federal agent and hundreds of Mexican citizens have been murdered.

Now the Holder Injustice Department is busy covering up the crimes they did. They have stonewalled the Congressional committees, refused to provided documents and now, outright lied.

Of course, with few exceptions, the Main Stream Media is silent on this coverup. The few reporters who have gone after this story are now being silenced by the “Friends of Obama ((Is CBS Silencing ‘Fast and Furious’ Reporter?)). Obama and the Democrats are doing everything they can to bury this along with the bodies of 200+ Mexican citizens and Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

It seems that the Democrats along with Obama and Holder have forgotten that it’s the coverup that finally gets people. You would think Hillary Clinton would know this, since she got herself fired off the Watergate investigation ((Hillary Clinton Fired From Watergate Committee for Fraud, Ethics Violations)). You would think Obama would listen to her.

Oh right. Who am I kidding? 😉

Now there are calls for the appointment of an independent investigator to dig into this fiasco. Normally the justice department would handle something like this, but the corruption is so deep, that the Justice Department can no longer be trusted.

Yet another thing to thank Holder and Obama for.

I think this story is going to explode in the next few months. The only question is, will the explosion engulf Obama, or will Holder take the fall for him? Somehow, I don’t think that one push comes to shove, Holder is going to cover for Obama. This is the type of case where the convicted get to spend decades in prison, and possibly, a date with the executioner.

I doubt we will know the full story until after Obama is out of office. Stay tuned!
