Well, this is..annoying

Good evening all, Angry Systems Administrator here. I have an annoying problem that doesn’t affect the site thankfully.

In this case, it’s the Angry Blowhards Webmasters old development system which has decided to croak. In this case, the power supply died…again. This is the second one that this system has blown out. Well, this time I’m not wasting my time to replace it.

The PC is 6 years old and the technology is closer to 7 years old. I’ve already pulled the 1TB drive out of it and put it into the Backup PC I have. I moved the Angry Webmaster to a new system a few months ago so he’s good. His production system uses Carbonite so it’s backed up constantly.

Right now I’m using Steve Gibson’s Spinright on the backup system to make sure the drive is good. I was planning on setting up the old system as the backup, but that idea is dead. fortunately, there’s nothing on it of any importance.
