These people are unbelievable. One tiny little plastic track breaks in my refrigerator (it's LESS than 3 years old) and they want $15.50 for the replacement part. Even worse ... $8.50 for shipping?! Not to mention customer service is rude as fuck. That particular phone call made me feel as though I've just been sodomized with a brick. Wanna go in circles - visit their website ... just like their products, that isn't worth a shit either.
