Good day all. With the arrest of “Flash Bang” and the death of his brother, “Speed Bump ((Courtesy of Howie Carr))” questions are now being asked regarding the methods law enforcement used to track down and catch Flash Bang. For all intents and purposes, martial law was declared in Boston and the constitution was basically thrown out the window.
