More wonderful Obamacare security

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about the computer security systems for the Obamacare exchanges. Basically, there wasn’t going to be any. This was due to the government being months behind on the testing of the systems. Well, now we are going further along this path of utter incompetence.

Because so many people, like 60+ percent, are dead set against Obamacare, Obama and his thugs have come up with this wonderful idea to hire thousands of “Navigators” who will walk you into enslavement help you get into the system. It turns out there is going to be a small problem with these people. There won’t be any background checks on them. There will be no way to know if the person you are dealing with is a convicted felon who is stealing your identity. Here are some details from The Hill:

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi argued late Friday that new hires under ObamaCare could threaten the private information of people trying to get health insurance.

Bondi said that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is making it easier for someone to be hired as a so-called navigator, cutting back on background checks and eliminating a fingerprinting requirement, which could make it easier for a person’s private information to fall into the wrong hands.

“Because of time constraints, HHS [is] cutting back on the requirement to become a navigator, meaning they’re not going to be doing background checks. They’re not going to be fingerprinting these people,” said Bondi in an interview with Fox.

“And it’s more than navigators. It’s people that assist the navigators. Now, these navigators will have our consumers throughout the country’s most personal and private information: tax return information, Social Security information. And our biggest fear, of course, is identity theft.”

There is a very simple reason for all this. The Obamacare train wreck is way behind schedule and Obama, along with the other members of the Progressive Liberal Democrats are demanding that this pile of worm feces be put into effect no matter what the cost.

Earlier this week, Bondi and a dozen other Republican state attorneys general sent HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius a letter calling her attention to this privacy issue and asking her to implement more stringent privacy requirements and safeguards. They’ve given Sebelius until Aug. 28 to respond.

Which she won’t. That little tyrant loves the thought of Obamacare and finally ending that hated constitution once and for all. And this isn’t all. Recently, it’s come to light that Obamacare basically ends the 4^th Amendment. There is a section that enables mandatory home inspections for “At Risk” families. Here area few details from Political Outcast:

Reuters of course reported on it like it was a great thing. They looked at some study that spanned 20 years that showed that home visits improve “at-risk” families, specifically those families with pre-maturely born babies and Down syndrome kids.

“Home visits by nurses or other trained health professionals can improve the development of preterm infants, parenting and the home environment, according to a new review of recent research… The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, has set aside funding for home visiting programs for at-risk families to improve outcomes for mothers and their babies born prematurely… There are 400 such programs currently providing care to at least 500,000 U.S. families, largely funded by state and local governments.”

So once again, the federal government is seizing control of things that are the reponsibilities of the states and cities. Why am I not surprised?

What the Reuters article doesn’t mention is all those families who will be considered “at-risk.” Here are some other criteria under Obamacare that could be used against you to justify a “home inspection” by a local, state or federal government official:

• Low-income families.
• Families with pregnant women who have not attained age 21.
• Families that have a history of child abuse or neglect or have had interactions with child welfare services.
• Families that have a history of substance abuse or need substance abuse treatment.
• Families that have users of tobacco products in the home.
• Families that are or have children with low student achievement.
• Families with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Families who, or that include individuals who, are serving or formerly served in the Armed Forces, including such families that have members of the Armed Forces who have had multiple deployments outside of the United States.

Lets take a look at a few of these. Right off the bat, if you served in the military, or someone in your family did, you are “AT RISK!” according to the Obama regime. If anyone smokes in the house, then you to will be paid a visit from the helpful Obamacare Gestapo.

That seems to cover pretty much everybody these days. About 44 million adults smoke. Millions more kids are diagnosed with fake diseases like ADD/ADHD, which would put them under “developmental delays or disabilities.” And if you serve in the military, that means you’re putting your family at risk and need visits from government officials to make sure everyone is safe. And are homeschooled kids considered to have “low student achievement?”

This is nothing less then police state tactics. Without a doubt if you own a gun, these home invaders will demand entry to “Inspect” them to make sure they are safe. I suspect the next step would be confiscation.

Constitutional attorney and author Kent Masterson Brown showed how these criteria could easily be twisted to justify any “home inspection”:

“This is not a ‘voluntary’ program. The eligible entity receiving the grant for performing the home visits is to identify the individuals to be visited and intervene so as to meet the improvement benchmarks. A homeschooling family, for instance, may be subject to ‘intervention’ in ‘school readiness’ and ‘social-emotional developmental indicators.’ A farm family may be subject to ‘intervention’ in order to ‘prevent child injuries.’ The sky is the limit. Although the Obama administration would claim the provision applies only to Medicaid families, the new statute, by its own definition, has no such limitation. Intervention may be with any family for any reason. It may also result in the child or children being required to go to certain schools or taking certain medications and vaccines and even having more limited – or no – interaction with parents. The federal government will now set the standards for raising children and will enforce them by home visits.”

Now I will tell you another thing that will happen. Once these clowns start trying to force their way into people’s homes, people will resist and they will resist violently. Without a doubt, a number of these HHS/Obamacare thugs will get beaten, stabbed and shot. The next stage will be federal SWAT teams “Assisting” these “Investigators. Make no mistake about this. Obamacare was NEVER about healthcare. It was and always will be about suppression of the American people. We are now reaching the point where the only way to stop Washington is with the Jefferson farming method.

What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.

It is becoming clear to people that it may be time to oil up the manure spreaders.
