Good morning all. I just got off the phone with a loudmouth idiot the Angry Webmaster. It seems he has been having problems with his newly rebuilt laptop he’s traveling with. It keeps asking him for an activation key.
I guess that might actually be my fault. It looks like the key didn’t get to Microsloth when I formatted down the system and reloaded it. Well, he’ll be back tomorrow and I can deal with that problem then.
The other is something I can’t do anything about. It seems that the latest version of LiberOffice has a bad bug in it. Normally the webmaster writes up his postings in LiberOffice and then cut and pastes it into the blog. For some reason, the cut and paste feature isn’t working. Fortunately I had a work around. The Web Nerd carries a portable disk that has an older version of LiberOffice on it. He was able to use that one instead and get yesterday’s posting up. It looks like I’m going to have to hit the forums and see what is going on. Hey, it’s free and you always get what you pay for!
The Angry Webmaster will be in the office tomorrow, so I need to start my vacation later today.
Thank you
~The Angry Systems Administrator~

Problem fixed. I was one character off. Not surprising considering the print size on the registration label. This is the first time I’ve ever called Microsoft Support. The tech took note of my complaint about the print size and is, (allegedly), going to bump it up the ladder. I have a suspicion this isn’t the first time this has happened.
Dummy, you should have installed Linux.
I will commence his beatings presently.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Linux that OpenBSD won’t fix. 😉
