Scandal of the day: Immigration!

If the day ends in a “Y” then there must be another scandal to talk about. Yes there is, and this one is, as expected, another Obama caused major disaster with major violations of the law. This one is regarding the, well there’s no other way to put it, invasion of the United States by hordes of criminal aliens.

This all started when King Putt essentially stopped enforcing the immigration laws and making it known he was going to “Mandate by executive order” amnesty and the DREAM act. The results were to be expected.

We’re seeing 10’s of thousands of illegals crossing the border, a lot of them sick, and demanding we the American taxpayers take care of them. One of the differences to the usual mass of invaders is that parents are sending their children across the borders unescorted in order to use them as “Anchors” so they can come across later on.

And what has the Obama Regime been doing about this? What do you think? They certainly aren’t rounding them up and shipping them back to “Mommy and Daddy,” (If they know who daddy is), in the third world hellholes they came from. Instead, they’re giving lawyers courtesy of your wallet. Here’s a little something from CNS News:

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced Friday a new federal program to help minors who enter the U.S. illegally without a parent or guardian while at the same time expanding opportunities for “national service.” Described in a press release as a “strategic partnership” between DOJ and the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), which administers AmeriCorps, Attorney General Eric Holder said the effort will “protect the rights of the most vulnerable members of society.”

That would not be American citizens or conservatives that have been victimized by the IRS.

“With the launch of justice AmeriCorps, we’re taking a historic step to strengthen our justice system and protect the rights of the most vulnerable members of society,” Holder said. “How we treat those in need, particularly young people who must appear in immigration proceedings – many of whom are fleeing violence, persecution, abuse or trafficking – goes to the core of who we are as a nation.

They are NOT members of our society. They are criminals, and in many cases I mean that literally. In a story by the National Review Online:

Border Patrol officials struggling to keep up with the increasing number of minors illegally crossing the Mexican border are not turning away persons with known gang affiliations. Chris Cabrera, vice president of the National Border Patrol Council Local 3307 in the Rio Grande Valley, explained that a Border Patrol agent he represents helped reunite a teenage gang member with his family in the United States. Cabrera notes the young member of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), a transnational criminal gang, had no criminal record in the U.S., but asks, “If he’s a confirmed gang member in his own country, why are we letting him in here?”

Because the PLFD’s want to make him a citizen so he will vote more PLFD’s into office of course.

“I’ve heard people come in and say, ‘You’re going to let me go, just like you let my mother go, just like you let my sister go. You’re going to let me go as well, and the government’s going to take care of us,’” Cabrera says. “Until we start mandatory detentions, mandatory removals, I don’t think anything is going to change. As a matter of fact, I think it’s going to get worse.”

Stating the obvious aren’t you Mr. Cabrera? Thanks to Obama, Holder and the rest of that pack of scum, we’re going to be dealing with this mess for decades, and that includes the crimes committed by these vermin.

Art Del Cueto, president of the National Border Patrol Council Local 2544 in Tucson, says agents who recognize the gang-affiliated tattoos of minors crossing the border must treat them the same as anybody else. He says these people are afforded the same rights provided to anyone crossing the border.

And those rights should be the right to be instantly deported, the right to be shot trying to cross the border, etc. Until those slime in Washington wake up and understand what their policies have wrought, it’s going to get a lot worse. To top everything off, rather then ship these criminals back, Obama and the DHS are shipping them deeper into the country. This has angered a number of governors, especially in Texas and Arizona. The Department of Homeland InSecurity has told Arizona that they are going to continue dumping illegals there. According to Fox News:

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Friday she is “disturbed and outraged” after she was informed by federal officials that not only has the government been shipping illegal immigrants out of Texas and “dumping” them in her state, it has no plans to stop.

Reports first surfaced last week that scores of illegal immigrants in Texas were being flown, bused and then abandoned out of state in Arizona and elsewhere. After learning of the practice, Brewer sent a scathing letter to the president on Monday posing a string of questions about the policy. Brewer said Friday what little she has learned since then has made her even more concerned.

“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally – while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” she said in a statement.

Brewer has been very loud with regards to illegal immigration, but rather hesitant to put words into deeds. She has signed a few laws that are designed to make Arizona less appealing to the criminals, but Holder and his crime syndicate, the DoJ, have been taking her to court to protect the “Little foreign darlings.” What she should be doing is arresting the DHS agents and taking the loads of criminal aliens back to the border and marching them across. Texas has started to do something to protect their border area. According to New American:

One June 18, the Lone Star State’s top political leaders — Governor Rick Perry (shown), Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, and House Speaker Joe Straus — authorized the Texas Department of Public Safety to start emergency “surge operations” along the south Texas border with Mexico. The surge is in response to a massive increase in the number of illegal immigrants coming across the border into Texas, the majority of whom are women and children from Central America. “Texas can’t afford to wait for Washington to act on this crisis, and we will not sit idly by while the safety and security of our citizens are threatened,” Perry said in a statement posted on his official webpage. “Until the federal government recognizes the danger it’s putting our citizens in by its inaction to secure the border, Texas law enforcement must do everything they can to keep our citizens and communities safe.”

Because of the failure, (or connivance), of Obama, the border areas have become, for all intents and purposes, a war zone. To top it off, Citizen militia groups are apparently now heading to Texas and probably Arizona to secure the borders. One of the problems here is that these groups aren’t to interested in the “Civil Rights” of the criminal aliens and they are also heavily armed. According to Breitbart:

The alert to the civilian militia groups, which includes many groups who showed up at the Clive Bundy ranch in Nevada, calls on all able bodied militia members to converge on the Laredo sector of the Texas/Mexico border. A man who identified himself on a national conference call as “Ruthless” said their objective it to “put up a man-fence” to prevent the illegal aliens from crossing the border in their area of control. Another leader of the conference call said there are 500 militia troops currently deployed on the Arizona/Mexico border. She declined to specify where they are deployed. She also confirmed they have “boots on the ground” in the Laredo sector at this time.

This is worrying the State officials down there. They are concerned, and rightfully so, that someone will start shooting. Of course, shots have already been fired across the border. Again from Breitbart:

A trusted law enforcement source is reporting that shots are currently being fired on the Mexican side of the U.S. border. The shots are intended to harass the increased presence of Texas law enforcement personnel.

The reason for this is simple. Not all agencies are ignoring the law or their duties.

Another trusted law enforcement source explained that the game wardens have been bringing in much higher numbers of illegal immigrants and destroying the rafts the human smugglers have been using to ferry illegal immigrants across the Rio Grande River that forms the international boundary between Texas and Mexico. The area of the Rio Grande Valley sector where this is occurring is known as Zone 9. It is the Anzalduas area of the river border. This area has become ground zero for the border crisis.

And here is the difference between Law Enforcement and citizens. The Border agents will be considering things like the rights of the criminals, what will happen to them if they shoot back, etc. The Citizen Militia’s aren’t going to consider any of that at all. If they are fired at, they will shoot back, and they will shoot to kill. They may even cross the border to hunt down the shooters and finish them off.

There has been some blowback in Washington. One of the reasons Eric Cantor will be looking for a new job in January was his pushing to give these criminals amnesty and legal status. Now, any chance for the pro-amnesty crowd to ram through amnesty for illegals is dead this session and apparently is dead for the remainder of the Obama tyranny.

Of course, Obama won’t stand for that! According to Breitbart, (Again):

During an interview with MSNBC’s Chuck Todd, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained that the Obama administration was getting impatient with Congress.

“[W]e’re not just going to sit around and wait interminably for Congress,” he explained. “We’ve been waiting a year already. The president has tasked his Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson with reviewing what options are available to the president, what is at his disposal using his executive authority to try to address some of the problems that have been created by our broken immigration system.”

In other words, “His Royal Highness will issue a decree” and the hell with little things like the constitution, the rule of law, the separation of powers, etc. Is it any wonder people are ready to take the Political Class, tar, feather and hang the lot of them? This is beyond tone deaf, this is stone deaf. People no longer trust the bozo’s in D.C. and are looking at doing things themselves. Il Douche and the Great Corrupter, Eric Holder, rather then defend America, are working to destroy it. They both need to go and I have just the place for them. In fact I think we could safely retire 90 percent of the Political Class to this fine institution. We can start in November.
