So, tell me again why Boehner is Speaker?

Good day all. I’ve had this in the wings for a while. As you know, if you haven’t been living in North Korea, the Obama Regime has been conducting itself in a totally lawless matter. There have been calls to impeach Der Fubar, but Boehner has taken that off the table.

While I would love to see Il Douche impeached in the House and convicted and removed by the Senate, I fully understand that won’t happen with the Harry Reid and the PLFD refusing to uphold the law and Constitution. So, if we can’t drag that SCoaMF out of the White House, what can we do? Well, the answer is simple. The House of representatives controls the money. All they have to do is stop funding Obama’s illegal activities. How hard can that be? Well, if you have a big crybaby as the Speaker of the House, it’s impossible. Here are the details from CNS News:

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) indicated today that if President Barack Obama takes actions that exceed his constitutional authority, the House of Representatives has no plans to use its own constitutional authority to withhold funding from those actions.

At his weekly press briefing, CNSNews.com asked Boehner: “You’ve said you disagree with calls to impeach the president over abuse of power via executive actions. But under the Constitution the House actually has the power of the purse. So, if the President takes actions that exceed his Constitutional authority, will you withhold funding for those actions in the next must-pass appropriations bill?

That should be a no brainer to answer of course. If the President is conducting himself in a lawless, unconstitutional manner, then you simply shut off the money he needs to break the law. Unless, you are John Boehner.

There’s a lot of ways to deal with this issue,” Boehner responded. “But we’ve got a Republican House and we’ve got a Democratic Senate. And there are a lot of things we’ve passed here that the Senate clearly has not passed.

And why is that your problem? Oh I know. You are a craven coward with the IQ of a cockroach.

Now, when it comes to that issue, some of these actions that you could defund, there clearly isn’t, I wouldn’t guess, an appetite in the United States Senate to withhold those funds,” Boehner continued. “That’s why we’ve decided that the more direct approach of suing the president is the right path to go down here.

In other words, you are a craven coward who won’t stand up to Obama or Reid, and you are so terrified that you might look bad, you will just roll over and give Obama whatever he wants. That lawsuit is just your way of kicking the can down the road so you won’t have to actually do you job.

Listen, I’m for upholding the Constitution,” said Boehner, “and I’m for protecting the interest of the House vis-à-vis the power grab that’s going on by the White House. And while he has the authority to issue executive orders, he does not have the authority to unilaterally change laws in our country, which he has done.”

And that is just what King Putt has been doing you moron, and what have you been doing? Hiding out in your personal tanning booth while waiting for your next golf game with Obama. You are not for the Constitution and never have been. You are nothing more then a Washington insider who thinks it is your God given RIGHT to that seat in Congress. Now CNS News has been nice enough to provide you with the relevant entry in the Constitution.

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 7 of the U.S. Constitution says: “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.”

Federal spending laws regularly include language prohibiting the Executive Branch from using funds for certain purposes.

Additionally, ALL tax and spending bills must originate in the House of Representatives. One of the issues with Obamacare is that the bill originated in the Senate and with that idiot Roberts saying that the Obamacare mandate was a tax, he inadvertently opened another legal challenge to the most hated law since Prohibition. Now, there was one time that the cowardly crybaby actually did his job and stripped out spending authority.

At the end of the last fiscal year, the Republican-controlled House initially passed a continuing resolution to fund the government that denied funding for implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The Senate refused to pass a CR with that language, and President Obama refused to accept one. After 16 days, the House backed down and passed a CR that permitted implementation of Obamacare.

And Boehner, who really didn’t want to strip out the money on Obamacare, refused to do anything to inform the citizens why it was done, nor did he or any of the other members of his leadership team fight back against Obama and the PLFD’s. In reality, they used the illegal actions of Obama and Reid to try and crush the Tea Party and Conservative members of the House. This is why we saw Obama’s secret police Park Service blocking off the war memorials in Washington. They also lost a very winnable gubernatorial race in Virginia.

There is also the problem that Boehner, in violation of the Constitution, has not sent a full, formal budget to the senate in a few years. He’s just been sending over one continuing resolution after another, which is not what they are for. A continuing resolution is only meant to keep the government functioning until a budget is drawn up and passed.

John Boehner is as big a disgrace to the nation as Barack Obama and Harry Reid. He has repeatedly stuck his finger in the eyes of the American People and demonstrated that he is nothing more then a member of the Washington Elite. It’s to late to primary him, however, it might be worth it to help the Democrats win his seat. We can afford to lose his for one term. We’ve already managed to get rid of his pal Eric Cantor, (was destroyed in his Primary), and if Boehner is going to act like a member of the PLFD, then the voters in his district may as well elect a real one instead of a cowardly pretend one. If he manages to hang on, then he needs to lose his Speakership next year. I think Trey Gowdy might make an excellent Speaker of the House.
