Good day all. Recently, President Trump formed a commission to find out how much, if any, voter and election fraud has occurred in recent elections. The hope is that they find little, if any.
Recently, the commission sent out a request to the states for all publicly available data on voters in their states. Some states are preparing the information, others are saying they are going to hold some back, and a few, almost all of them run by Democrats, are flat out refusing to comply. It sort of makes one wonder what they are trying to hide? Here are some of the details from Fox News:
Democratic state officials already are refusing to cooperate with the voter fraud investigation ordered by President Trump, saying they will not hand over the extensive “voter roll data” the commission is seeking.
The response comes after Kris Kobach, the Kansas secretary of state serving as vice chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, wrote to all 50 states this week asking for their input as well as voter registration data.
“I have no intention of honoring this request. Virginia conducts fair, honest, and democratic elections, and there is no evidence of significant voter fraud in Virginia,” Virginia Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe countered in a statement Thursday, claiming the commission is based on the “specious and false notion that there was widespread voter fraud last November.”
This from the governor who tried to restore voting rights to convicted felons in violation of the law? He was slapped down hard by his own state Supreme Court. It was an obvious attempt to rig the election to favor Felonia von Pantsuit. No surprise there since he’s been a bagman for von Pantsuit and Bubba Horndog for years.
In his letter, Kobach had asked for recommendations on how to improve election integrity and for guidance on which laws “hinder” that goal. But what rankled Democratic officials was his request for voter information including names, dates of birth, political party, the last four digits of Social Security numbers, voter history (“elections voted in”), felony convictions, military status and more. Kobach specified in the letter he would only request “publicly-available voter roll data” under each state’s laws.
As I understand this, most, if not all of this data is already publicly available anyway and is sold by the states to the various political parties. He isn’t asking for information that that states are not legally allowed to hand out without proper legal documents. (Warrants and Subpoenas)
Connecticut Secretary of the State Denise Merrill said in a statement that her office would provide such information “in the spirit of transparency.” But, suggesting some of the requested data would not be sharable under state law, she said she would ensure “the privacy of voters is honored by withholding protected data.” Merrill also voiced concern that state officials “have not been told precisely what the Commission is looking for.”
See? If the information can’t be released due to local laws, then no problem. As to what they are looking for, I can take a guess. They want to collate all the data and then see how many people may be registered to vote in multiple states. To my knowledge, this hasn’t been done before. It’s also why certain states are balking at handing over the data.
Virginia and California were more brazen in their response.
McAuliffe, a former Democratic National Committee chairman and longtime Clinton family ally, said, “At best this commission was set up as a pretext to validate Donald Trump’s alternative election facts, and at worst is a tool to commit large-scale voter suppression.”
The governor declared he would not “divert resources” to this.
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla struck a similar chord, saying in a statement he would “not provide sensitive voter information to a commission that has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally.”
He added, “California’s participation would only serve to legitimize the false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the President, the Vice President, and Mr. Kobach.”
One of the reasons people think there was massive fraud in California is the states refusal to enforce immigration laws. In fact, California government policy appears to be designed to aid criminal aliens. Recently, California began giving drivers licenses to criminal aliens, rendering the licenses worthless as federal identification. (Meaning you wont’ be allowed into a federal building using a California license as ID) Now they have a new a “Motor Voter” law where people are registered to vote when they get their licenses. It’s allegedly set up to prevent people who aren’t citizens from being added to the voter rolls, but…
Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes – a Democratic official in a state with a Republican governor – also said she does “not intend to release Kentuckians’ sensitive personal data to the federal government.”
“Kentucky will not aid a commission that is at best a waste of taxpayer money and at worst an attempt to legitimize voter suppression efforts across the country,” she said in a statement.
And here we see the fine hand of George Soros. Soros, since his attempts to buy legislatures, governors and congressmen has essentially failed, has decided to put resources into races people generally don’t pay attention to. There are a surprising number of Democrats in office in Red states who are Attorneys-General and Secretary’s of State. These are the people who are meant to protect the laws and insure valid voter rolls.
It isn’t just the Democrats who aren’t happy with President Trump’s commission either.
House Speaker Paul Ryan said back in January he had seen “no evidence” to back up Trump’s claim of millions of illegal votes.

And Paul Ryan has demonstrated that he is a complete waste of time. Hopefully, the next GOP challenger will bury him in the primary. He’s shown that he is a complete and utter failure.
A 2012 Pew study indeed found evidence of outdated voter registration forms, though the author of that study tweeted earlier this year there is “zero evidence” of fraud.
There have been some documented cases of voter fraud, however, including cases Kobach has pursued in Kansas.
in point of fact, there have been a number of successful prosecutions, including a couple of formally lawful resident aliens who both registered and voted. Now I don’t consider their registering to vote in and of itself to be criminal, at least not without investigation. States like California and Oregon, who will automatically register someone to vote, could register lawful resident aliens without their knowledge.
No, the problem occurs when these same people then go to the polls and vote illegally. This doesn’t include the flat out illegal aliens being protected by Democrat controlled states. These criminals have no interest in anything but making sure that they’re protected from being booted out. Since the Democrats, (And some members of the GOP(e)), want open borders, they have a vested interest in not keeping those who do not have the right to vote off the rolls.
Now the question is, what are the Democrats trying to hide? If their voter rolls are clean with minimal problems, then the commission won’t find anything. Personally, I think that the commission will find some issues, possibly major ones. The Commission doesn’t have the ability to write laws, but if they do find massive voter fraud, particularly in Blue States, then President Trump’s Justice Department might start looking into things. They, unlike the Commission, will have the ability to get and serve warrants and other legal documents. Now you can see why the Blue States want this Commission shut down. They probably do have things to hide.
