Good day all. Well, with all the bad news, we have some local good news, at least if you live in the State of New Hampshire. One of our representatives is throwing in the towel. She’s calling it quits. She has decided to “Spend more time with her family.”
Carol Shea-Porter, Moonbat extraordinaire, has announced she won’t be seeking reelection in 2018. According to the Washington Times:
Rep. Carol Shea-Porter announced Friday that she would not seek another term in 2018, citing family reasons.
“This has been a very difficult decision, given how much I have enjoyed serving [the people of New Hampshire] in the House and the fact that the 2018 election is shaping up to be like 2006, when I was first elected, an important time when Congress changed political leadership and was able to move America forward,” Ms. Shea-Porter, New Hampshire Democrat, said in a statement.
Move America forward? Shea-Porter and the other moonbats who sleazed their way into Congress have done all they could to move Americans right into serfdom. She was happy to get on her knees and provide Obama all the Lewinski’s he could ever want. I suspect she threw a couple Michelle’s way as well.
In her statement, she also said she looks forward to seeing the House “change political leadership” and “produce legislation that helps all Americans.”
Well, that means that she expect the Democrats, and the RINO’s to get their heads handed to them next year.
New Hampshire’s First District was in Republican hands from 1985 until Ms. Shea-Porter won in 2006. Cook Political Report had the race as a Democratic tossup with Ms. Shea-Porter in the mix, but with the seat open Republicans could have a good chance to reclaim it. The district, one of the most competitive in the country, includes Manchester, Seacoast and Lakes Region. President Trump won the district in 2016, and only lost the state overall by less than 1 percent.
Now here’s the interesting part of the story that you won’t hear. It’s beginning to look like the election in New Hampshire was stolen from the Republicans, at least on the upper ends of the ticket. There are significant indications that serious voter fraud took place, and the numbers seem to indicate it cost both Trump and Kelly Ayotte. Both lost in very close vote counts. Recently, the state has been checking into the same day registrations, and has found that several thousand voters never moved into New Hampshire.
The unexpected announcement puts Democrats in a tough position to find a candidate that can also win where the president performed well.
In any case, the Democrats up here have named their “Official Boogeyman” for the race. Surprisingly, it isn’t President Donald Trump.
Democratic Campaign Congressional Committee name-checked former White House adviser Steve Bannon in a statement on Friday about the race.
“There is no doubt that Democrats will hold this seat, and we look forward to competing against whomever Steve Bannon nominates,” Meredith Kelly, DCCC communications director, said in the release.
Now that’s funny. It looks like Steve Bannon is taking the place of Karl Rove in the eyes of the Democrats. Back when Bush was president, the Democrats accused Rove of literally everything under the sun with regards to political dirty tricks. As it’s since turned out, All Rove was good at, was getting Bush elected twice, and not much else.
Steve Bannon, on the other hand, is going after the very people Rove has supported. Establishment Republicans who care only for themselves and their privileges. He’s already taken out a couple of major RINO’s and is now working to slaughter the rest.
With open seats such as this one, along with the tightening up of the voter roles in New Hampshire, Shea-Porter may not be the only Democrat heading for a sanctuary cabin in the White Mountains.
