Good day all. A few months back the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, announced his answer to Twitter. He along with a few others have developed a new platform called “Truth Social.” Like any new platform it’s had some teething problems. However, other then not having an Android app, it looks like Truth Social is now out of Beta and has gone live.
I’ve been watching the development of course and watching the screaming moonbats barking and screaming about the development of a site that they don’t control. This weekend, I set up an account and have started posting to Truth Social. You can find me @angrywebmaster.
From what I’ve been readings, people who have been posting the same content on both Twitter and Truth Social have seen a major difference. Even though Truth Social currently has a smaller user base, people posting to it have seen, in general, far more notices and retruths. (Retweets? Still working on the terminology)
I’ve started posting to Truth Social and I’ve started picking up followers. Unfortunately, like GETTR, (which I’m also doing fairly well on), my socialist media apps on wordpress don’t yet have a connector to them. I’m looking into how to set this up so you can also repost my absolutely MAGAnificent rants and ravings.
It will be interesting to see what happens with Twitter. Elon Musk is now starting to dig into the books and it looks like the bot problem is far worse than the management let on. If it’s as bad as it looks, Musk will demand the price be lowered or he could walk away citing fraud. This doesn’t bode well for the management, board of directors or Jack Dorsey. At best, it will mean a potential shareholder suit. At worst, criminal investigations for potential fraud charges.
We will see how things go with Truth Social. President Trump has already announced that he wont’ be returning to Twitter even if Elon Musk reactivates his account. (I can’t say I blame him) Considering that I believe that Anger Central has been shadow banned on Twitter, we may have to rethink posting to it.
