The Constitution? Supreme Court? The 2nd Amendment? They are nothing to Biden

Good day all. The worst president in history, Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden, continues his dictatorial remarks and actions. The recent United States Supreme Court decision, in overturning New York’s anti-2^nd Amendment gun laws added an instruction that courts must read the text of the Amendment. Dementia Joe, or his handlers, is flat out ignoring the plain wording of both the decision and the 2nd Amendment.

I won’t go into the details of the decision, I’ve already written about it. I’m also not a lawyer and don’t fully understand all the details. What appears to be the case is the decision also removed a number of laws banning types of guns, magazine capacities and other details. However, the one thing that Dementia Joe is consistent on, is his desire to confiscate guns from the slaves citizens. He is flat out ignoring the court on this and several other decisions. (Abortion, stripping power from regulatory agencies, etc) He has stated he intends to move forward with gun bans. Here are some of the details from the Epoch Times:

President Joe Biden on Monday said he wants to implement a new ban on “assault weapons” as he touted the Safer Communities Act at the White House.

“We’re living in a country awash in weapons of war,” Biden said, apparently referring to AR-15-style rifles. “What is the rationale for these weapons outside war zones?”

“Assault weapons need to be banned,” Biden added as he signed the measure into law. “They were banned. I led the fight in 1994. And then under pressure from the [National Rifle Association] and the gun manufacturers and others, that ban was lifted in 2004.”

First, the unconstitutional ban on semiautomatic rifles that looked evil wasn’t lifted, it expired. It was only good for 10 years. Second they are NOT military rifles and are not used by the military. (They use M-16’s and M-4 rifles which use the same design, but are fully automatic. We can discuss the legality of owning those another day) Third, the American People have spoken on this and done so with their wallets. Over a million NICS checks have been done each month for 3 years.

On Monday, Biden also said he wants to ban “high-capacity magazines,” which generally refers to magazines that carry more than 10 rounds.

“I’m determined to ban these weapons again and high capacity magazines … I’m not going to stop until we do it,” added Biden, who backed the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban.

Bumbles Dementia is not going to pay any attention to the pesky little fact that the Supreme Court has said “Oh no you won’t Bub!” But then, Dementia Joe Biden is a petty little tyrant and won’t let little things like the Constitution, which he’s never read, interfere with his desires.

Last month, 15 Republican senators joined all Democrats to pass the Safer Communities Act, which includes federal funding to enforce red flag laws, implements more stringent background checks for gun buyers between the age of 18 and 21, and makes obtaining guns through straw purchases a federal offense. The law also bars individuals from obtaining a firearm for at least five years if they’ve been convicted of a misdemeanor crime involving a domestic partner.

That latest bit of drivel is also unconstitutional. As for the RINO’s who voted for it? A few of them are retiring and this is their last “Screw You!” to their constituents. Others are going to be voted out in their primaries, and some, like Mittens Romney, Cocaine Mitch McConnell and future fabric shop manager Lindsey Graham are all part of the Deep State Beltway Uniparty. (They’re also probably on their last terms as well)

The NRA wrote that “make no mistake, behind the façade and the contrived talking points of safety, school security, and mental health, THIS IS A GUN CONTROL BILL,” adding that it “does little to truly address violent crime while opening the door to unnecessary burdens on the exercise of Second Amendment freedom by law-abiding gun owners.”

That’s the whole point. The Ruling Elite is more afraid of the law abiding armed citizen then the common criminals. They have security details with guns they don’t allow their serfs, peons and slaves to have and they can bring them everywhere.

Meanwhile, in order to reinstate the 1994 ban, Democrats will likely need 10 Republicans to vote with them to overcome the 60-vote threshold to advance most bills. No Republican senator has sought to reinstate that ban, which ended in 2004.

Even if the TransRepublicans and RINO’s did vote to ban guns, it would be challenged before the ink was dry from President* Bumbles Dementia’s scrawl like signature. If they went “Whole Hog” and ordered the confiscation of the tens of millions of guns already in the hands of the American People?

Biden is a classic tyrant. He is even worse, if that’s possible, then Der Fubar, Barack Obama. Of course, he really isn’t running things, since his brain is mostly spoiled Tapioca pudding these days, but he is doing a lot of damage and is setting things up for the potential “Worst Case Scenario.” I understand that the Secret Service, when Dementia Joe was Vice President, considered him to be the second worst assignment. (Felonia von Pantsuit is considered the worst) It makes me wonder what would happen if the worst case scenario did happen? How many of them would simple say “Bye!” and walk away? Hopefully, we won’t reach that point, not that Dementia Joe and the Democrats are doing anything to prevent bad things from happening.
