Site sluggishness

Greetings, This is the Angry Systems Administrator coming to you from sunny downtown Burbank. Ok, It’s not downtown and I’m not in Burbank but it is sunny out. 🙂

I’ve noticed the Blog appears to be a might sluggish. I’m not sure what’s causing it, but occasionally I see something calling out to Facebook. That makes me think a plugin is acting up. The problem is tracking down which plugin is the dirty rotten plugin that is causing the problem.

In order to find out which one it is, I may have to shut down all the plugins and turn them back on one at a time. I’ve done this in the past and it is a royal pain in the anal canal. I”m trying to avoid doing this.

There is an update to WordPress that allegedly fixes a few issues like the sluggishness I’m seeing. It will be at least a month before I’ll try and update WordPress though. I like to wait a bit and see what the early adopting suckers find. 😉

Meanwhile I’ll keep digging through things and see what I can find. If you notice anything click on the contact link and send me some email.
