Good day all. The philosophy of Diversity, Equity, known as DEI, has been used by the left as a racist bludgeon against Caucasians for the last few years. Universities and colleges have used their DEI policies to flat out discriminate against anyone they don’t like.
In the last year, the people who have been victimized by universities, colleges and businesses have started to take action. A number of states have begun dealing with the DEI Harpies in government institutions including colleges. Now the shoes have begun dropping in Florida. Here are the details from Fox News:
The University of Florida is firing all employees in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) positions and administrative appointments, according to a memo sent on Friday.
“To comply with the Florida Board of Governors’ regulation 9.016 on prohibited expenditures, the University of Florida has closed the Office of the Chief Diversity Officer, eliminated DEI positions and administrative appointments, and halted DEI-focused contracts with outside vendors,” the memo states.
“Under the direction of UF Human Resources, university employees whose positions were eliminated will receive UF’s standard twelve weeks of pay. These colleagues are allowed and encouraged to apply, between now and Friday, April 19, for expedited consideration for different positions currently posted with the university. UF HR will work to fast-track the interview process and provide an answer on all applications within the twelve-week window.”
I hope the answers will uniformly be’ I’m sorry, but we don’t see you as a good fit for the position. Thank you for applying and good luck in your job search.
The University of Florida memo added that the Office of the Chief Financial Officer would reallocate the approximately $5 million in funds previously reported to Tallahassee for DEI expenses into a faculty recruitment fund.
Hopefully, hiring people who teach actual useful courses and none of this fake underwater basket weaving garbage that most of these DEI hires claim is “educational.”

That is a direct assault on the ideals of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and it’s about time. The DEI philosophy is about as racist and sexist as you can get. The only difference is they go after white heterosexual males, (And on occasion heterosexual females). They have proven to be incredibly destructive. Hopefully, this is just the first of what should be many removals of the DEI racists in education, government and business. Judging people by their skin color or reproductive system is just plain wrong and Florida has started to clean up the mess. DEI or KKK? What’s the difference?
