Good day all. With all the stuff from the Debate, I have a lot of posts in my queue that I haven’t been able to post yet, such as this one.
It’s been almost four years since the Global Medical Elites created the Great Panicdemic of 2020 on the world. I won’t bother rehashing old data. We all know that is was a genetically altered virus, paid for by Anthony Fauci, that escaped a Chinese lab. We’re still trying to recover from the global economic devastation caused by the Global Medical Elite to the world economy.
Thanks to the lies told by Fauci to the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, and President Trump’s own tendency towards germaphobia, President Trump started Operation Warp Speed to develop a vaccine. (Note that Fauci never tried developing cures to diseases, only vaccines, most of which never worked. Why? More money in it for him)
When medical researchers started finding medicines that seemed to have a positive effect on the coronavirus, and President Trump noted it and thought we should look into it, the entire Global medical bureaucracy promptly attacked them and working with Big Tech, had these lines of research shut down and the people looking at them blacklisted. The only research allowed was for vaccines.
In late 2020 to early 2021 Phizer and a few other Big Pharma companies announced they had new vaccines ready to go. Almost instantly, the Biden Maladministration start pushing the vaccines. The problem was that people had a lot of questions that weren’t being answered. The response from the maladministration and many Democrat state governments? “You will take the shot or else!” (This also matriculated down to a lot of private companies. Take the shot or find another job. I was so threatened in my real world job)
Now, several years later and we know the vaccines were just one step above snake oil. Thousand of people, mostly young, had negative reactions to the vaccines, now known as the “Clot Shot” for one of the issues that came out. They were touted as protection from Covid-19, which they weren’t, and that it would help stop the transmission of the virus, which it didn’t. Now the State of Kansas is suing Pfizer. Here are the details from Fox Business News:
The state of Kansas has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc. for alleged consumer protection violations related to the company’s manufacturing of the COVID-19 vaccine, saying the company marketed the shot as “safe” even though it “knew” the vaccine was connected to “serious adverse events.”
“Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine,” the 69-page lawsuit filed Monday in the District Court of Thomas County alleges.
“Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public,” the suit alleges.
“Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public,” it says.
If I recall correctly, one of the things that Operation Warp Speed did was protect Big Pharma from lawsuits. However a lot has come out and I don’t think that fraud was covered by the protections. The Fox story goes on to list all the things that Kansas did, or didn’t do. The list is rather extensive and a lot of it is no longer in the realm of conspiracy theory as the Medical and Progressive elites liked to claim.
Pfizer is, of course, denying everything. This is to be expected. The question now is, what’s next? I expect Pfizer will demand that the suit be dismissed, probably using the alleged immunity issued by the Federal Government. That may, or may not work, and while I’m still not a lawyer and didn’t stay at the Holiday Inn last night, I suspect that it won’t. That immunity was to protect them against frivolous lawsuits or suits where there was an undiscovered flow or mistake. Pfizer knew about the problems with their vaccine.
Kobach alleges that Pfizer maintained its own adverse events database, separate from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) system, that “contain[ed] cases of [adverse events (AEs)] reported spontaneously to Pfizer, cases reported by the health authorities, cases published in the medical literature, cases from Pfizer-sponsored marketing programs, non-interventional studies, and cases of serious AEs reported from clinical studies regardless of causality assessment.”
“Upon information and belief, Pfizer’s adverse events database contained more adverse event data than VAERS because it included both information in VAERS and information not in VAERS,” the lawsuit alleges.
“Pfizer did not publicly release adverse events data from its database,” Kobach claims.
As I recall, there was a lot of push back when people started reporting adverse reactions. The push back from Big Pharma, the WHO and CDC pretty much collapsed when more and more young people, some of them teens, (Who really didn’t need any vaccines), start dropping dead, usually of some form of heart failure. These were people who prior to the injections, were in excellent health.
Now it’s time to find out what Big Pharma knew and when they knew it. For now, there will be the usual legal maneuverings. Once that is out of the way, then comes discovery. This is one thing that Pfizer does not want to produce. Who knows what the plaintiffs, (Kansas), might find? They might just find the smoking gun that leads to actual criminal charges, and not just inside Pfizer. If discovery is ordered, look for Pfizer to try and settle.
