Good day all. District Court Judge James Boasberg has become notorious for issuing ruling that have crossed the Constitutional Separation of Power line. He has moved to protect illegal alien terrorists that are a proven threat to the American people. He has done this for one reason. He hates President Trump and all he stands for.

Because of this, there have been calls to impeach him from the bench. As I understand it, a bill was filed last March that went nowhere fast. However, new information of his abuse of power has since come to light revolving around Operation Arctic Frost.
Arctic Frost was the plan to “Get Trump!” and a number of Republican members of Congress and average people. The investigation of Arctic Frost is still ongoing but the levels of abuse of process, the Constitutional Separation of Powers and civil rights violations are staggering.
This leads us to Judge James Boasberg. He was the one signing many of the orders, including the ones telling the phone companies to provide records of sitting members of congress. What has Congress flipping out was Boasberg issuing an order to not inform the Sargent At Arms about the subpoenas. This was a flat out illegal order, and one that AT&T refused to obey. Now a new bill of impeachment has been filed against Boaesberg. Here are the details from Fox News:
Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, is formally introducing impeachment articles against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on Tuesday for his role in the “Arctic Frost” probe.
Republican allies of President Donald Trump have been criticizing Boasberg after news broke that he was the judge who signed off on subpoenas and other measures in former special counsel Jack Smith’s probe.
I won’t bother going over Jack Smith and his witch hunt and fishing expedition against President Trump and anyone who even looked like he was supporting him. Smith’s appointment by Merrick Garland appears to have been illegal on it’s face and, hopefully, the appropriate legal remedies will be prescribed. Besides, this is about that dirtbag Boasberg.
“Chief Judge Boasberg has compromised the impartiality of the judiciary and created a constitutional crisis. He is shamelessly weaponizing his power against his political opponents, including Republican members of Congress who are faithfully serving the American people within their jurisdiction,” Gill told Fox News Digital.
I disagree to some extent that he is going after HIS political opponents. He’s following the Standard Operating Procedures issued by the Democrat Party and the Deep State. And he’s also going after his political opponents as well.
“Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel. I am proud to once again introduce articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg to hold him accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors.”

It was his order to the phone companies not to disclose to Congress the existence of the subpoenas for the phone records of members of congress. This is a clear violation of existing law and he knew it was. He just didn’t care. AT&T’s in house lawyers looked at the order, reviewed the law and said “Hell NO!”
Gill’s resolution accused Boasberg of one count of abuse of power, according to text obtained first by Fox News Digital.
“Ignoring his responsibility to wield the power of his office in a constitutional manner, Chief Judge Boasberg granted Special Counsel John L. Smith authorization to issue frivolous nondisclosure orders in furtherance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation project codenamed ARCTIC FROST,” the text said.
“These nondisclosure orders covered Members of Congress who were acting in accord with their legislative duties and privileges guaranteed by Article 1, Section 6, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution.”

The documents that have been made public by Senator Grassley included the ubpoenas of phone records for 10 senators and one House lawmaker. Every single one of them was a Republican and an ally of President Trumps. That was bad enough. It was the gag order Boasberg issued that should have him impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate.
Both the subpoenas and gag orders were signed by Boasberg, according to the documents — a detail that prompted fresh criticism and indignation from Republicans, including Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who blasted the investigation as “worse than Watergate” and a gross violation of prosecutorial powers.
People like to say everything is worse than the Watergate scandal. However, most people don’t really know what the Watergate scandal was all about. It revolved around a break in by political operatives of then President Richard Nixon. Nixon wasn’t aware of the break in. What sank him was the cover up. The Arctic Frost scandal differs in a very significant way.
Where the Watergate scandal was about getting Nixon reelected, Arctic Frost was all about putting the Democrats political enemies in prison on anything they could find or manufacture. The Watergate conspirators weren’t looking to put Nixon’s political opponent in the election, Senator George McGovern, in prison. They just wanted to make sure he would lose the election. (He did and badly. Nixon carried 49 of 50 states)
We’ve been watching the actions of the Democrat Party from 2021 until November 2024 when President Trump won a landslide victory against Kamala Harris. They’ve tired everything including cooking up fake criminal charges, attempting to bankrupt him and even setting things up so someone lunatic wold assassinate him.
Republicans named in the subpoenas have argued they are potential violations of the speech or debate clause of the U.S. Constitution, which protects lawmakers from being arrested or questioned by law enforcement for things they say or do in their legislative roles. The protections are absolute for legislative acts, though courts sometimes dispute what qualifies as legislative.
In this case, as I understand it, the cellphones in question had been issued to the members of Congress by the Sargent At Arms. The law states that any court order to produce the phone records for a sitting member of congress, can not include a gag order that prevents the phone companies from notifying Congress. There is no question that if the SAA and by extension Congress, knew about this order, they wold have moved to quash it.
It is not the first time Boasberg has caught negative attention from Trump or his allies. The federal judge was the target of Republican impeachment threats earlier this year after he issued an order temporarily pausing Trump’s migrant deportation flights to El Salvador.
That was the one that Boasberg ordered a plane in the air turned around. The order was refused since the plane had left American airspace, and by extension, this black robed tyrant’s authority.
Gill and other GOP lawmakers pushing impeachment resolutions backed off of those threats after House Republican leaders suggested it was not the most potent route to affect change.
It should have been, but it’s now water under the bridge. Besides, they now have an actual abuse of power and a violation of the law to throw at Boasberg. Now the issue is, will they be able to impeach Judge James Boasberg? I would say they probably can. How many Democrats might join them is questionable. However, impeachment only requires a majority in the House. The Senate, which will actually try Boasberg is a different matter.
I was watching Attorney Ron Coleman on one of the Valliant Renegade podcasts last week. He spoke about this and what should and what would happen. It takes at least 67 Senators to convict an official and remove them from office. There is no way the Democrats would vote to convict Boasberg. The Democrats will protect him and anyone else who is doing, what they consider, good work. At best, two or three Democrats might vote to convict.
Unfortunately, I agree with Mr. Coleman. The Democrats in Congress are both corrupt and stupid. They do not have a problem with using Lawfare to go after Republicans and President Trump. What they fail to consider is “What goes around, comes around.” Next time, it might be Democrats who are being targeted.

In any case, this has to proceed and James Boasberg needs to be impeached and then tried in the Senate. I want to see the House managers, (What would be prosecutors if this were a criminal case), present a case so solid and with good, hard and easy to see evidence that in an honest setting, Boasberg wold be convicted and removed from the bench. When the Democrats pull their usual crap and move to protect him, the Republicans should use this to show the true lawless nature of the Democrat Party.
