Good day all. The so called “Alt-Media,” basically podcasters, and bloggers along with larger more conservative media sites, have been documenting and reporting on the blatant civil rights violations by the FBI and Department of Justice under Barack Obama and President Autopen Joe Biden.
Even under President Trump in his first term, the lawfare continued, if a bit more subtly then under Obama. Once Biden was installed, the Lawfare under Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray escalated massively culminating on the attempts to jail President Trump and anyone who supported him.
Fortunately, the attempts failed and President Trump was reelected in a landslide. This time, he was ready and has put people into place who’s goal is to dismantle the entire lawfare system. Now Pam Bondi is moving to the next stage. Criminal investigations. Here are the details from Just The News:
Attorney General Pam Bondi told Just the News that she has asked prosecutors to investigate the Obama-Biden era of lawfare as an ongoing election-meddling conspiracy that protected Democrats from criminal investigation and infringed the civil rights of Republicans like President Donald Trump and his supporters.
Recovering from eye surgery, Bondi made the revelation in written answers Sunday to questions submitted by Just the News, signaling she agrees with FBI Director Kash Patel, who earlier this year penned a memo predicating an investigation looking at the weaponization of intelligence of law-enforcement powers dating to the Russia collusion case as an ongoing conspiracy.
We now know that the whole Russian Trump dossier was a dirty trick cooked up by Felonia von Pantsuit to be used against President Trump during the election. It appears that Obama was fully aware of and approved of the tactic. We saw what happened after President Trump won the election. The one major problem is that for most of these alleged crimes, the Statute of Limitations has run out.
Such an approach allows prosecutors to charge defendants with alleged crimes outside the statute of limitations because they were connected to an ongoing conspiracy, much like those cases brought against the mafia and drug cartels.
It’s nice to see that Bondi has pulled her thumb out and has started an investigation into all this. It’s even better that she is using tools that basically show both the Obama and Biden administrations were on the same level as other organized crime entities.
“At my direction, our U.S. Attorneys and federal agents are actively investigating instances of government weaponization nationwide,” Bondi said. “This is a ten-year stain on the country committed by high-ranking officials against the American people.
“Under President Trump, we are fixing the damage and delivering justice,” she added. Bondi credited her department and the FBI for releasing “an unprecedented number of documents to Congress about government weaponization, far more than prior administrations.”
One of the problems that both Bondi and Patel have been dealing with has been the holdovers from both Obama and Biden actively interfering and in some cases, hiding evidence. It’s taken a year to get the right people in place and to “Take out the trash” as it were. Now we’re starting to see actual criminal cases being investigated.
The FBI has caught the January 6th pipe bomber, they are now surging resources into Minnesota over the “Somali Affair” and Federal Law Enforcement has been finding the thousands of children that the Biden Maladministration “Lost” to human traffickers and pedophiles.
She said that evidence laid the predicate for a conspiracy case. Bondi did not identify where prosecutors are conducting the investigation, but officials told Just the News a large part of the probe is being done in Florida, where President Trump’s home was raided in 2022.
I wrote up a post on how Director Patel has released documents to Congress showing that the FBI had no probable cause to get a search warrant for the Mar-a-lago panty raid. The documents showed that Merrick Garland overrode the agents and ordered the raid to proceed. I suspect that this was one of the bits of evidence that Pam Bondi is talking about for the conspiracy case.
“This evidence illustrates that the FBI shielded political figures like Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton while pursuing conservatives for their beliefs, using legal process and operations that were excessive, instead of protecting Americans from public safety threats posed by an open border and violent crime,” she said. “They went so far as to serve search warrants that their own Department and law enforcement officials believed were excessive.”
The Attorney General also blasted ex-CIA Director John Brennan, who got recent subpoenas from a grand jury investigating his testimony, for trying to get the chief federal judge in Miami to intervene in her investigation.
“Public reports of a recent letter sent to Cecilia M. Altonaga, the Chief Judge of the Federal District of Florida, by John Brennan’s defense attorneys, seeking judicial intervention in any legitimate grand jury investigation by the executive branch, shows these bad actors are clearly concerned about their liability and want to preserve a two-tiered justice system: one for them and one for everyone else. No more,” Bondi said to Just the News.
I hadn’t heard about Brennan’s lawyers trying that stunt. I looked up the judge and she is not a COB judge, she’s a Bush judge. (Although they aren’t much better) Brennan was one of those who manufactured evidence against President Trump and lied, allegedly, to congress about it and other things. Now he’s looking at prison time.
If Bondi is going to use a conspiracy law to go after Brennan and the others, it could take down a large number of people in both the Obama and Biden regimes. Sadly, it won’t lead to the arrests of Obama or Biden, although for different reasons. Biden because he’s senile and not mentally competent to stand trial, and Obama because of the precedents that President Trump created to protect a president. Now Felonia von Pantsuit? She’s another matter all together.
Now Bondi has been basically schizophrenic when it comes to how things proceed in the DoJ. She has a habit of letting her mouth write checks she can’t cash. However, if she’s on the level and has a good team of investigators looking at this, it could blow major holes in the Deep State. All we can do now is watch, wait and make sure she is doing what she said she has claimed she is doing.
