Harry Reid, Stuck on stupid

Good day all. You know, some days, when you think nothing can really surprise you, Harry Reid manages to come through.

This time he announces that government jobs must come ahead of private sector jobs. Yes, you read that correctly. Dingy harry Reid thinks that some pencil pusher in the EPA is far more important than someone working in a factory making things ((Such as Gibson Guitars)).

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) on Wednesday indicated Congress needs to worry about government jobs more than private-sector jobs, and that this is why Senate Democrats are pushing a bill aimed at shoring up teachers and first-responders.

“It’s very clear that private-sector jobs have been doing just fine; it’s the public-sector jobs where we’ve lost huge numbers, and that’s what this legislation is all about,” Reid said on the Senate floor.

What an utter and complete idiot the Democrats have made Majority Leader. He has just shown that he thinks that the government is far more important than the people of this country.

Reid reiterated his emphasis on creating government jobs by saying Democrats are looking to “put hundreds of thousands of people back to work teaching children, have more police patrolling our streets, firefighters fighting our fires, doing the rescue work that they do so well … that’s our priority.” He said Republicans are calling the bill a “failure” because they are “using a different benchmark for success than we are.”

I would like to thank the State of Nevada for reelecting this idiot. Reid seems to not understand that public sector jobs contribute basically nothing to the economy but they do take a lot out of it. It takes tax money to pay for all those phony baloney jobs he likes to “create.”

Hopefully, Reid’s days as majority leader will come to an end soon. With a little luck, the next president, who won’t be Obama, will find enough to hang this twerp by his dried out scrotum.
