Monthly Stats for October

Good morning all, its the Angry Systems Administrator. Last month I tossed up the statistics for Anger Central mostly due to disbelief at the traffic we’re getting. Well, another month has passed and the traffic levels didn’t drop much.

According to the stats, we had 26,910 unique visitors with a total of 34,241 visits. The total number of page views was 95,972. The total number of “Hits” was 1,022,816. Our bandwidth usage was 9.63GB.

Not to shabby I would say. Now the stats for this month are going to be a bit screwy. This is due to the Angry Webmaster hosing the site and my having to work with the hosting company to restore things from backup. And before you start saying “You should have your own backups!” I know. I’ve been doing them, but these were just exporting the actual data. Now I’m pulling the database as well as the entire site.

I’ve also looked at the various Operating Systems that come in. Not surprisingly, Microsoft leads the way by a large margin. It also looks like people are reading the site with Sony Playstations and the Wii?

As to web browsers, it was a close one between Internet Explorer and Firefox. After that it was Opera then Safari. Google Chrome was at the bottom of the major browsers. The remaining browsers were the ones built into various phones.

There are other stats, which I’m to busy to go into. As you can see though, we’re maintaining our level from last month. Now lets see if we can increase it, OK? 😉
