When I first say this, I thought it was a parody by the Onion. God help us, it isn’t. Those idiots running the Obama for Dictator for life campaign actually want you to have all your guests send the money they would spend on gifts for you to him. Here is the text from the registry:

When Der Fubar is finally heaved out of the White House, (January 20^th, 2013 can’t come soon enough), history is going to record Obama as the most incompetent, narcissistic, corrupt president in American History. Granted it may take 20 or 30 years, considering that a lot of the historians still think that of the Great Ronald Reagan. (He caused the collapse of the USSR and started the greatest economic boom in modern history. Obviously, he was a bad president ((That was sarcasm in case you were wondering)))

Meanwhile, we can add this to the list of really stupid ideas from the reelect ScoaMF/Moron ((That would be Joe Biden, the dumbest VP in U.S. History)) in 2012 committee.

Someone took a look at the source code of Obama’s “Send me all your presents” web site. If you thought that asking newlyweds to forgo their wedding gifts and send the money was arrogant, you ain’t seen nothing yet. This is the screen shot of the source code for the SCoaMF’s gift registry. No, this isn’t a fake and I have little doubt it will be scrubbed as soon as this gets out.

If you want to verify this yourself, and Der Fubar hasn’t yet scrubbed it from the site, simply use the view source code feature if available in your browser. If it isn’t, simply do a save as, save the page to your computer and then look at the code in the text editor of your choice. (I prefer Notepad++ myself, but Notepad on Windows will do)
