Michelle Obama on Supermarket Shopping

OK, now I’ve heard everything. Michelle Obama is now offering a course called “Supermarket Shopping 101.” Yes the first Nag is going to teach people how to buy things in a supermarket.

I’m not really surprised that the First Nag would dream up something this stupid, but come on, really. When was the last time she went to a supermarket? Hmm, perhaps that should be when has Michelle Obama ever BEEN in a supermarket other than to whine, complain and nag people?

Here are the details from CNS NEWS:

As part of her anti-obesity Let’s Move campaign, First Lady Michelle Obama is now presenting a brief online course: “Supermarket Shopping 101.” The course, which now appears on the letsmove.gov website, provides novice shoppers with tips such as “steer clear of the cookie, snack and soda aisle.”

Novice shoppers? I seem to recall going to the supermarket with my mother when I was but a small child. I also have been grocery shopping for myself for a very long time. I don’t need any instructions on how to shop for food. As to cookies and other stuff? Well, maybe Michelle Obama needed lessons in what to buy, but most parents and young adults know that junk food is not all that good for you.

“Supermarket Shopping 101: Read This Before You Hit the Grocery Store,” written by Lisa Cericola, was first published among the materials the first lady presented online last week when she was a “guest editor” at iVillage.com. Now, it has been republished on the Let’s Move blog.

So, Michelle Obama didn’t actually write any of these tips? Why am I not surprised? After all, getting others to do the work the Obama’s should be doing is a long standing family tradition. After all, Der Fubar had someone else write his autobiographies since he has shown he can’t string 5 words together in a coherent sentence without stumbling.

Now I’ve never heard of Ivillage. My first thought when I read this was that it’s a throw back to the old “It takes a village ((It takes a village))” mantra another nagging first lady ((Hillary Clinton’s Speech On — “It Takes A Village To Raise A Child”)) used to push. Apparently not. It does appear, at first glance, which is all I’m going to give it, to be your typical moonbat left wing soviet style web site. So what is this site about?

As CNSNews.com previously reported, iVillage.com, which featured Mrs. Obama as a guest editor, also features graphic sex tips, including from prostitutes.

So, they’re saying that Michelle Obama hangs out at a web site with hookers? Why am I not surprised? Feel free to insert Michelle Obama and hooker jokes in the comments section. The more tasteless, then better. (The Management)

The article on CNS News goes into the details of the “class” and what it recommends. They are fairly common sense tips that anyone with 4 or more functioning brain cells would do. This, of course, shows that it’s aimed at:

1. Welfare recipients
2. Recently impoverished rich people. (Ruined by Obama’s policies)
3. The Progressive Ruling Elites (Who have always sent the Juanita maid out to do the shopping)

Anyone else would do most of these things without even thinking about it. Of course, members of the Moonbat community are well known to avoid any hint of actual thinking. It causes them to much confusion. They prefer it when someone comes along and leads them from behind. (That would be the Community Organizer in Chief, aka the SCoaMF)

One of the things I hope that the next president will do in 2013 is take down all these trendy lefty web sites put up by Der Fubar and his minions at TAXPAYER’s expense. Only way that will happen is the Obama’s are thrown out of office in November. Then they can put into practice all the crap they’ve been shoving down everyone else’s throats.
