As you know, many states want to have people produce a picture ID in order to vote. An overwhelming majority of the people support this. However, the usual suspects on the left are utterly opposed to this.
Many people wonder why groups like the ACLU, the Unions, the Democratic party, The Holder Injustice department, etc are so opposed to people showing an ID. The answer is simple. In many areas, the only way Democrats can win an election is to steal it. Two examples of stolen elections are:
- Dino Rossi vs. Christine Gregoire for Washington State’s Governor race in 2004.
- Norm Coleman vs. Al Franken in the 2008 senatorial election in Minnesota.
In the case of the Rossi vs. Gregoire, the race was very close which triggered a recount. Low and behold, all these lost ballots, almost all of them in favor of Gregoire. In Minnesota, it was absentee ballots that were used to steal that close election.
Mr. Franken trailed Mr. Coleman by 725 votes after the initial count on election night, and 215 after the first canvass. The Democrat’s strategy from the start was to manipulate the recount in a way that would discover votes that could add to his total. The Franken legal team swarmed the recount, aggressively demanding that votes that had been disqualified be added to his count, while others be denied for Mr. Coleman. ((Patriot Action Network))
Then there is Chicago, the land where the dead may not walk, but they certainly do vote and always for the Democrats. It is rumored that John F. Kennedy should have lost the election in 1960, but that the reason he won was dead voters in Chicago and outright fraud in Texas. (Home of Senator and VP Nominee Lyndon B. Johnson)
The Republicans aren’t without sin of course, but they do tend to be more law abiding with regards to voting. Nixon had a good challenge against Kennedy, but chose not to dispute the results, “For the good of the nation.” (Yes, he did say that) ((Another race to the finish)) Recently, in New Hampshire there was the race between Kelly Ayotte ((Senator Kelly A. Ayotte)) and Ovide Lamontagne ((Ovide M. Lamontagne)) for the Republican nomination for the U.S. Senate seat then held by retiring senator Judd Gregg. ((Judd A. Gregg)) The vote was extremely close, IIRC it was under 1000 votes, and Mr. Lamontagne chose not to demand repeated recounts. He said it was Ayotte’s win and he would support her in the general election that November. (She won) Because Mr. Lamontagne was so gracious, he built up a lot of support and is now running for Governor.
So, what does all this have to do with voter ID laws? Well, the Democrats, Liberals and Progressives, (But I’m repeating myself), deny there is ANY fraud at all in the election process and that producing an ID is tantamount to a poll tax, reading tests and other blatant ways to prevent people from voting. (This was mostly in the south and done by Democrats. Big Surprise) Well, we have this little gem from Fox16.com in Arkansas:
A Democratic state legislator from east Arkansas, his father and two campaign workers pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to commit election fraud after federal prosecutors said the lawmaker’s campaign bribed absentee voters and destroyed ballots in a special election last year.
I’m sure it was just an error in judgment.
Prosecutors said Hallum and his father, Kent, tasked Carter and Malone with obtaining absentee ballot applications for certain voters and assisting voters in filling out the ballots, “actually completing absentee ballots in some instances without regard to the voter’s actual candidate choice.”
The ballots were typically placed in unsealed envelopes before being mailed to local election officials.
“If a ballot contained a vote for Hudson Hallum’s opponent, it was destroyed,” prosecutors said in a bill of information filed with the court.
Prosecutors also accused the four of offering money and food to absentee voters in exchange for their support.
Hmm, vote buying, ballot box stuffing, yep! No fraud here! Move along, nothing to see here, move along please. This must, has to be an isolated case. After all, no system is absolutely perfect.
Umm, no. Here’s an interesting list from the Republican National Lawyers Association:
9/2/12: NORTH DAKOTA: vote fraud
“The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead reported the statement said formal misdemeanor charges against the others were expected in a day or so. The newspaper reported Tuesday eight North Dakota State University football players and one former player were among the 10 people suspected of fraud in attempts to place two measures on this fall’s general election ballot.” 10 to face voter fraud charges in N.D9/2/12: CALIFORNIA: Roderick Wright: vote fraud
“Almost two years after his grand jury indictment on eight felony counts of voter fraud and perjury, state Sen. Roderick Wright has yet to stand trial. The longtime Inglewood Democrat may not get his full day in court before voters decide this fall whether to give him another term in the Legislature.” Jean Merl, State senator’s trial may begin just before election.9/2/12: FLORIDA: Derrick Henry: absentee ballot fraud
“Two weeks ago, the Supervisor of Elections, Ann McFall, announced her office was looking into questionable absentee ballots gathered by Henry’s campaign. In 2012, Henry won a city commission seat for zone five and was in office when he was charged and arrested for voter fraud after one of his workers fraudulently requested absentee ballots.” Saul Saenz, Derrick Henry campaign responds to voter fraud allegations.
And the list goes on. I recommend you go through it. You won’t find a similar list on the Democratic National Lawyers Association, (Better known as the ACLU), web site. They deny the existence of voter fraud. I guess they are incorrect in their denials. They certainly wouldn’t want to do anything to actually aid and abet a criminal activity would they? And I’m sure that Eric Holder would never stoop so low as to use the Justice Department to rig an election in favor of the Democrats, would he?
Yeah, right.
We have probably the most critical election in 150 years coming up. If the Democrats steal this one, people may decide to forget about the ballot box and move straight to the ammo box. People that I know who actually study these things, (And don’t want them to happen), estimate between 6 million and 20 million dead. One broke it down this way:
“I see 5-7 million moonbats and about 1 million wingnuts killed in about two years.”
As you can see, he understands which side has most of the guns, and it isn’t the Progressive Liberal Democrats.
What can you do? First, vote. Second, keep on eye on things and if you see something odd, note it very carefully with lots of documentation and pictures if possible. If you see fraud, report it immediately to the poll workers. If they won’t do anything, call the police. (They usually have at least one officer on duty at a polling station) If they can’t or won’t do anything, contact the local Republican Party, (Assuming that it’s the democrats pulling their usual stunts), and provide all the information you have gathered.
You are the first line of defense when it comes to keeping our elections as honest as possible.
Remember in November!
