EARTHQUAKE!

Good day all. This is the Angry Systems Administrator digging out from the rubble after the massive 4.6 earthquake we had last night. I’ve been clearing away the dust and non-existent wreckage in the Anger Central Data Center.

We suffered an extensive lack of any damage with horrendous loss of systems down time. The quake was located at 43.61N 70.66W and was at a depth of 5 kilometers. (About 3 miles) ((USGS Earthquake map)) I understand that many Maine potatoes are suffering post traumatic stress after being shaken to their roots. There are fears that McDonald’s may have to ration French Fries due to potential non-crop loss with a concurrent price hike.

There are other reports of moose rioting in panic in Bangor, but this can not be confirmed as of this posting. Governor Paul LaPage has place the state National Moose Hunting Association to be on alert in case they are needed. The headquarters of L.L. Bean suffered a brief non-outage and the reports of problems with the their production line of boots and coats is unfounded and appear to have been made by disgruntled deer and ducks. The Fish and Game department is not investigating.

I hope none of you suffered any damage or terror with the very dangerous and barely noticeable shaking last night.
