You go to Addecco (or your fav temp), fill out more paperwork than would be required for dissertational research, watch some video telling you what a rotten bastard you are because you're probably going to harass someone sexually, and that you need to remember how worthless and untrustworthy you are if you're going to work HERE, by God!, and then you piss into a paper cup so that some lemon juice-faced hag who makes $7.00/hr to dip a chem-strip into it can bitch at you for not filling said cup to her satisfaction.
Following this course of events, you'll discover that Addecco has hired approx. 3,000 people in order to fill 85 positions, and "we don't have any jobs available right now, but check back with us real soon, ok hon?".
So there you are, all pissed off because a couple of little old ladies who run a temp agency are hot and bothered because they got ticketed for double-parking their brooms or something, and can't WAIT to take it out on you, you bastard.
How Inconsiderate! I don't fucking appreciate having to drive 20 fucking miles to Farmington Hills, go through an extensive and somewhat intrusive application process and the bitch who CALLED ME to set up the appointment didn't even fucking show up. The worst part is they couldn't even have the consideration to tell me that the job I was applying for has been filled. For fuck's sake could you ass holes be any more unprofessional. You people need to learn that you are playing with people's lives here. I can't support my son nor pay bills on "call me back tomorrow" I need work and I need it now. As much as I am opposed to drug testing and background checks, I submitted to both because I desperately need a job and I don't appreciate being strung along and having you people waste my time for your fucking childish games. I am so mad I am about 1 minute away from loading up my AK47 and killing everyone there.

this total ASSHOLE rob that works there was such a fucking DICK to me. he fucking wanted me to start this temp job and give my current boss THREE DAYS notice. now i know legally, you don't have to GIVE a notice, but more than three days would be nice. he totally pressured me into this situation cuz HE gets paid comission and could GIVE a rats ass about MY well being. so i call this fucking dick today and he has the BALLS to tell ME that he went out on a ledge for me and that it inconvienced the manager to talk to me, and for me to turn it down after all that looked bad on him. OH WELL FUCKHOLE! excuse me...but isn't that your JOB? you're a lowlife headhunter who's only mission in life is to stick anyone in any crappy job so you get your damn comission. well FUUUUUCK YOUUUUU! if you EVER talk down to me again, i'll get your fag ass FIRED jagoff! die you piece of corporate shit!
Kelly Services, a temporary employment agency, is one of the worst of a bad batch. For the last 3-4 years they have been discriminating against American citizens in order to utilize foreigners for less pay (and, Kelly's does not care about performance on the job of qualifications - MONEY IS EVERYTHING!) Kelly's also would rather send a Welfare-To-Work individual to an assignment than a person who is temporarily unemployed, because Kelly's then receives $8600 a person. The poor person who has worked hard all his/her life simply cannot compete with that! KELLY'S SUCKS!!!
Kelly Services are pimps, plain and simple. For the second time, the pimps sent me to a company that was closing down. Never mind that they knew it and conveniently didn't tell me. They get paid their 40% mark-up no matter what the situation. (That's right - they get $0.40 over and above every $1.00 the temp worker gets per hour. We do the work. They get the pimp fee.)
So, the pimps send the temp workers to close-out situations, and the workers have to mop up the messes made by hansomely paid "managers" (cough). Now, none of this very low-paid mop-up work shows up ANYWHERE in 1) the glossy brochures you get at the pimp's office, or 2) in the (false) job description you get from the pimps. You wont know what you're REALLY getting into until you get to the job site.
Ever work at a closing-down company? The morale: forget it. And as permanent employees leave, the same amount of work plus lots of complains from angry customers and lots of pressure from the "managers" (cough) gets loaded onto fewer and fewer shoulders, including yours. Forget about pay raises, and "oh, can you work this weekend? Can you work late tonight, again? Can you make a heroic effort for this sinking ship?" Well, that's EXACTLY how it is when you work for Kelly Pimps. I mean Kelly Services.
why am I so angry, weeeellll let me tell you. first I get a job bustin my but as a temp worker only to find out that my temp agency cant even do something as simple as give all the details about the place your gonna be werkin like something realy important like whether u have to send in your hours or does the company they put u at send it in for u only to be told by other people who work there tell u that but can I take those shmucks word for it NO. So now i have to wait an extra 2 weeks for my first paycheck which I had already spent on bills which were post dated to come out of my checking account. gee thanks alot onesource. F---ing retards, next time do your dam job right.
They take more than you earn every hour out of what you earn before you see it, ignore you for 8 months and then ask why you are resigning. Ah gee, cos I haven't had a days work in 8 months ah der why do you think. No support to their staff out in the field, beg them to take crappy assignments and then ignore you when the assignment finally finishes.
There are way too many staffing agencies that offer temp to hire work opportunities with big organizations. What they never tell you is usually you will work your arse off for 6 months and never get hired by the fortune 500 company. The staffing agency usually charges the company like $25/hr while you make $13/hr. It is so lame and confusing. Why can't a company pick their staff and hire directly anymore?
