A little housekeeping

Since this is a long weekend, I’ve been playing with plugins. You’ll notice we have a ratings system here, both stars and thumbs up. I’m still digging through the settings, but the back end looks rather interesting. It has lots of shiny graphs and pretty pictures. Calls to Tech Support from our friend Foamy

The Angry Webmaster doesn’t spend all day raging at the world. In fact he works in the computer field. Every once in a while, he has been forced to call tech support for assistance. He has ben lucky in that he hasn’t had a run in with an outsourced helpdesk. Our friend Foamy the Squirrel hasn’t been that lucky. 🙂 Continue reading →
