The Obama Kill List

Good day all. Recently, King Putt announced that he could order anyone, including Americans, killed anywhere in the world with no oversight. Essentially, he has renounced the executive order on assassinations signed by Ronald Reagan.

This executive order, Number 12333 ((Executive Order 12333)), replaced the original one signed by Gerald Ford ((Executive Order 11905)). The Ford Executive Order was meant to deal with things found by the Church Committee when they looked into abuses by the CIA and other intelligence agencies. I’m not going to go into the various issues regarding the Church Committee. That would take an entire book and there are a number already available.

The original Ford order dealt with a number of things, including the ban on assassinations. It said:

“No employee of the United States Government shall engage in, or conspire to engage in, political assassination. ((There was a further update signed by Jimmy “Peanuts” Carter))”

The updated order signed by Ronald Reagan said:

No person employed by or acting on behalf of the United States Government shall engage in, or conspire to engage in, assassination.

Now any Executive Order can be revoked by another Executive Order. When Bin Laden and Al Qeda destroyed the World Trade Center September 11^th 2001, Bush, with the agreement of Congress, went after them. Since then we have used Special Operations troops, bombers and of late Armed drones to go after these scum. This is war and they started it.

The problem began when an American born terrorist in Yemen was targeted and killed in a drone attack. This was Anwar al-Aulaqi and he was a classic traitor as defined by the Constitution. He was also a direct threat to Americans and American troops. He was given plenty of notice that if he didn’t turn himself in he was going to be taken out. He was.

There is plenty of precedent regarding this sort of action, going back to at least the Civil War. In Anwar al-Aulaqi, there was plenty of notice that we were going after him and he cold have turned himself in to any embassy and received a trial in a court of law. He didn’t and KABOOM!

Obama’s new policy basically states that if your are suspected of aiding Al Qeda or any other terrorist group, Obama can order you killed even of you are an American and haven’t actually taken up arms against the United States or actively aided those who have. There would be no judicial review and certainly no congressional oversight. If you are on Obama’s list, no matter where you are, he has decided he can whack you.

Now, Obama says this won’t be abused. Considering his past history of playing fast and loose with the Constitution and the law, I don’t believe him. It wouldn’t be a stretch to imagine him ordering a drone strike on a group of Second Amendment supporters who refuse to turn in their guns when Il Douche orders it. He’ll just say they were terrorists and that will be that.

Yes, that is Joseph Stalin, one of the worst butchers of the 20^th century. Hitler and his Nazi scum may have been more efficient murderers, but Stalin was a lot more “prolific” in his butchery. I guess Obama wants to emulate one of his heroes from the Soviet Union.
