The Defense Rests

The Zimmerman defense team rested it’s case yesterday, (July 10, 2013) and soon it will be up to the jury to decide if George Zimmerman was justified in firing his gun in self defense.

The prosecution appears to have worked tirelessly in providing a first rate defense for Zimmerman. That wasn’t their intent. The original plan was to railroad him into prison to placate the race hustlers, poverty pimps and two legged vermin who were threatening to riot if Zimmerman wasn’t jailed.

I haven’t watched the trial at all, and have been following it primarily in the Web and in other areas. It is almost uniformly agreed among legal experts that this case was a complete disaster for the prosecution. All their witnesses were either not credible or their testimony actually backed up the Defense’s case. This isn’t at all surprising since any ethical prosecutor would have said that this was a case of self defense.

The judge sitting on this case is also coming in for some serious criticism. As I mentioned, I have not followed this case as closely as others, but it seems she has been bending over backwards to aid the prosecution. I happened to see a clip of Greta Van Sustern’s show on Fox this morning. In it she and other attorneys lambasted the judge for badgering George Zimmerman. She was demanding to know if he was going to testify on his own behalf before the Defense team had finished up with their other witnesses. Apparently this is a big no no.

Now the prosecution, figuring out what a hash they made of their case, is trying to get the judge to allow the jury to consider lesser charges. If you recall, they charged Zimmerman with Second Degree murder. The facts in the case, even before it went to trial showed that this was ridiculous and demonstrated the prosecutor, Angela Corey’s, predilection for overcharging people. They even tried to charge Zimmerman with Child Abuse! The judge, has ruled against that bit of nonsense, but is allowing the lesser charge to be considered by the jury.

This whole farce is nothing more than a Show Trial ((Show Trials)). First, because the local police wouldn’t charge Zimmerman, they took the case away and fired the chief of police. Then the governor arranged the appointment of a special prosecutor, (Angela Corey), to insure that Zimmerman would be charged and tried. The prosecution of Zimmerman was never about justice. It was all about keeping a bunch of violent thugs from rampaging through the cities, destroying everything. If Zimmerman had to be sacrificed, so be it.

I don’t know how the jury will rule. By rights, they should acquit Zimmerman. However, they might feel they need to “Do something” and railroad him into jail. I’m not a lawyer, (Thank God!), but even in my unschooled opinion, there have been so many errors by the prosecution and the judge, that any negative verdict against Zimmerman would be tossed on appeal.

What the “Government Elite’s” on both sides of the aisle should start considering is what this case shows the average American. It shows that their rights will be sacrificed on the alter of political expediency. This will have a very negative effect, one the power structure doesn’t realize. If people think they have no chance at all of getting a fair shake in court, they might decide it’s better to go down for an actual crime. This will mean people hunting down prosecutors, judges and police. In their minds, if you are going to be hanged, you may as well be hanged for a sheep as for a lamb.

This case will soon be in the hands of the jury. Hopefully, they will see this case for what it is and send George Zimmerman home to his family. Then we can deal with the misconduct of the judge and prosecutors. As to those racemongers and so called “Civil Rights” scum making threats of riots? Bring it on. There will be no repeat of the Rodney King LA riots this time. The vermin will be met by the normal folks of all stripes and deal with them in a manner not conducive to their longevity.

WATCH: Zimmerman Tells Judge He Will Not Testify; Defense Rests … This twist is not what Zimmerman’s defense team had hoped for or anticipated, with attorney Don West arguing on Thursday that the state charged Zimmerman with second-degree murder, and should be forced to prove guilt on that charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
