First Connecticut, Now New Jersey

Greetings all. As you should know if you have paid any attention to the news, Connecticut passed a draconian and blatantly unconstitutional gun ban law. They also required owners of the guns that were banned along with the magazines above 10 rounds to be registered by January.

Some 50,000 gun owners did register. The problem is with the other 300-400,000 owners who didn’t and have flat out told the powers that be in the state government to “Come and take them.” This has caused all sorts of conniptions among the Connecticut Progressives who are doubling down on stupid and making threats towards all the people who have told them to take their law and stuff it.

Now, New Jersey is poised to do the exact same thing, only with no grace period. If the law passes and the New Jersey Whale is stupid enough to sign it, hundreds of thousands of New Jersey residents will instantly become criminals. Well, the people are not taking this lying down and are flat out telling the legislators who are pushing this that they will not comply, and implying flat out armed resistance if they send out SWAT to raid people’s homes.

The remarks to the committee about this possibility were made by one Tony Colandro. Here are the details from The Blaze:

A New Jersey man warned a State Assembly committee last week that he and other gun owners in the state “will not comply” with a proposed gun control bill to further limit magazine capacity.

During the March 13 hearing, Anthony P. Colandro told lawmakers that the proposed bill would turn law-abiding gun owners into criminals overnight. Colandro is the CEO of Gun for Hire, a firearm training center in New Jersey, and expressed concern regarding what the law could do to his business.

“I own, personally, approximately $30,000 of guns, contrary to what Cease Fire New Jersey Says, that they do not make 10-round magazines for,” he explained. “I also have in my possession at my range over $20,000 of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.” He then asked the chairman of the committee who exactly would be compensating him if the items suddenly become illegal.

I can answer that last part. No one will be compensating him or any other of the people affected. To continue.

“Have you guys seen what is happening in Connecticut right now?” he continued. “One million gun owners in New Jersey are also gonna say, like our brothers and sisters in the north, that we will not comply. And I can tell you here and now, I will not comply.”

Needless to say, the Progressive Liberal idiots paid absolutely no attention to Mr. Colandro or any of the other gun owners who testified. They also don’t seem to have paid any attention to what is going on in Connecticut. There is real concern that if the police start carrying our raids, there will be violence. If only 1% of the gun owners decide to fight back, they will out number all the available law enforcement officers in the state by at least 2 to 1, and that is a very conservative number.

The Progressive Liberal Democrats refuse to consider that the Second Amendment exists and that the people have a right to keep and bear arms. The refuse to accept that the people have spoken, both at the ballot box, (Two recalled in Colorado and one resigned before being recalled) and also with their wallets.

Thinking like this, if you can call it thinking, is what starts civil wars. The United States is primed right now for a civil war. All that is missing is the catalyst. Some person or incident that sets off the whole thing. People like Mr. Colandro and many others are trying, through the testimony to their representatives, that they need to pull back. The Progressive Liberal Elite won’t listen. They can’t listen since it would go against everything they have stood for, for the last 100 years.

Maybe they should look at what caused the “Shot heard around the world ((Skirmish at the North Bridge)).” back in 1775. It was the government sending out raid teams to confiscate guns.

It led to the American Revolution.
