Obama’s idea of amnesty for illegals

Good day all. Once again the Amnesty for Criminal Aliens has come up on the radar again. As you would expect, the PLFD’s and their pal’s, the RINO’s are all in favor of giving legal resident alien status to millions of criminals.

Meanwhile, while the “debate” and I use that term very loosely, continues, King Putt’s minions are proceeding with their idea of legalization. They are releasing murderers, rapists, thieves and other criminal aliens from custody. These are people who have added to their list of crimes with even more crimes, and should be deported as soon as they complete their sentences. The problem is, they aren’t being deported, they are being released back onto the streets. Here are the details from Fox News:

The Obama administration released thousands of convicted criminals — including murderers and those convicted of sexual assault — while they were awaiting deportation proceedings, according to a new report. The Center for Immigration Studies, a Washington-based advocacy group, released the statistics on Monday, in its latest bid to draw attention to what analysts with the organization say are lax enforcement practices by the Obama administration.

Lax enforcement? Try no enforcement at all.

The numbers showed that in 2013, Immigration and Customs Enforcement released 36,007 “convicted criminal aliens” while they were waiting for the outcome of their deportation cases. They represented a total of 88,000 convictions.

And what did ICE have to say about this?

A spokesman for ICE told Fox News the individuals in question had already served their criminal sentences.

Perhaps that knothead from ICE should try thawing out his brain and reading the relevant statutes regarding convicted aliens, lawful or not. So just what sort of court cases were involved?

The majority of the cases involved individuals convicted on lower-level or nonviolent offenses, like auto theft, drunk-driving and drug charges. But many were involved in more serious cases.

And just how serious were they? Here’s a breakdown.

According to the report, the 88,000 convictions included:

• 193 homicide convictions

• 426 sexual assault convictions

• 303 kidnapping convictions

• More than 1,000 aggravated assault convictions

I want to know how the heck murderers were released from prison in the first place instead of getting a nice “Hot Shot” Oklahoma style. If you’re surprised at this mess, you aren’t alone.

Jessica Vaughan, the group’s director of policy studies, said in a statement she was “astonished” by the figures. Referring to an ongoing Department of Homeland Security review of deportation policies, she said any “further relaxation of enforcement” would be “hard to justify” in light of the statistics.

I beg to differ. In the mindset of Der Fubar and his loyal minions among the PLFD, releasing these criminals is a great idea. After all, who are they going to rob, rape and murder? Why just those unimportant privileged white people, that’s all. Which brings us back to Immigration Reform Amnesty for Criminal Aliens.

“Congress should resist further action on immigration reform until the public can be assured that enforcement is more robust and that ICE can better deal with its criminal alien caseload without setting them free in our communities,” she added.

But that would mean they would have to, *gasp* actually work and enforce the laws!

ICE defended its enforcement practices when asked about the report, and said in a statement that many of those cited were released “under restrictions such as GPS monitoring, telephone monitoring, supervision, or surety bond.”

Prove it numbnuts.

Further, the statement said the agency was required by law to release some of those individuals.

“The releases required by court decisions account for a disproportionate number of the serious crimes listed in the report. For example, mandatory releases account for over 75% of the homicides listed,” ICE said.

And who are these judges that issued these orders? I want them off the bench, and preferably, behind bars.

The same organization that published the data put out a separate report more than a month ago that showed ICE agents were opting not to deport thousands of “criminal aliens.” These are separate from the cases detailed in the latest study.

And we can add the ICE management and personnel, the ones who make these decisions to not deport criminals, to the busload of judges heading for that nice maximum security “Pound me in the ass” prison.

We are now seeing the “Full Court Press” from the usual suspects with regards to granting amnesty to criminals. The PLFD’s of course, and also the RINO’s and their owners in the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce members want to bring in cheap slave labor and not pay Americans and lawful immigrants what they are actually worth. People like Crybaby Boehner want to ram through amnesty at all costs since the CoC is paying bribes contributing to his campaign. As to the PLFD’s? They want amnesty so they can get these criminals onto the voter rolls and end the two party system and institute the totalitarian regime they’ve been working towards for the last 120 years. It’s time to crank up the phones and melt the congressional switchboard again. It’s also time to vote these scum out of office before they complete the destruction of what was once the freest nation in history.
