Gun banners on how to get a child arrested

Good day all. This “Public Service Announcement” Rejina Sincic has been has been running around the internet for the last few days. It’s a video designed to promote gun control and is aimed at school children.

What it actually does is set up any child who actually follows the instructions shown in this video for arrest and serious jail time along with a criminal record. Here is the video in question:

So how many laws do you think have been broken here? We can start with stealing the parents firearm, then we have the student bringing it to school, another crime. There was also a remark I read that an assault with a deadly weapon charge could also be brought when he pulled the gun to give it to the teacher. We also have possession of a firearm by a minor, and violation of any concealed carry laws in the state he’s in.

About the only thing I noticed that would be a positive is the kid kept his finger off the trigger and laid alongside the frame. Of course, he didn’t remove the magazine and work the action to verify the firearm was unloaded.

The producer of the video, Rejina Sincic, is an independent film producer and a complete idiot. While I can’t say for certain what her politics are, she is in San Francisco. She also went on Twitter to taunt people for not sharing her PSA. Well, as we can see, the video has gone viral, just not the way this moonbat intended.

Rejina Sincic had better hope that no child actually follow through with this piece of drek. At best, he or she is going to be kicked out of school and their lives ruined, at worst, a cop might see the gun and shoot the kid. In either case, Sincic is looking at serious legal issues, either civil or criminal. If a child is criminally charged and says he saw this video, Sincic could be charged as an accessory and with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. How much would you care to wager that this nut didn’t actually discuss this with someone versed in the law before she created the film? I honestly can’t see any lawyer worth his degree letting this one get out as it’s currently made.

On the Youtube page this video is posted, (Until it is either pulled down by Youtube or Sincic gets hit upside the head with a Clue by Four and pulls it down herself), the current number of likes stands at 114. The dislikes are 16,067. This walking advertisement for retroactive birth control may think she is showing potential clients what a great little moonbat she is. What I can see happening is her production company folding due to all those clients running for the exists. Who would want to be associated with a company that would willing put children in danger just to make a political point?
