EPA Director Gina McCarthy is delusional

Good day all. We have about 25 inches of snow on the ground here at the Anger Central offices, and it’s still snowing out. Unlike New York City, New England did get hit with Snowmageddon. Which brings me to the subject of this post. Gina McCarthy and her obvious mental illness.

Yesterday I wrote up a post discussing the New York Times belief last year that due to Global Warming, snow was a thing of the past. I did this to show just how idiotic the followers of the Church of Global Warming, (Algore Akbar!), are in thinking that the Earth is warming up significantly. I had thought that with the obvious evidence, massive amounts of snowfall in places where it generally snows, as well as places it doesn’t, would put paid to that nonsense. Apparently, the Director of the Environmental Protection Agency didn’t get the memo. According to the Aspen Daily News:

The Environmental Protection Agency, Aspen Skiing Co., and a pair of Olympic snowboarders teamed up Thursday to help spread the word about climate change and the threat it poses to winter sports, tourism, and recreation in the Aspen area and beyond.

Oh Boy.

Gina McCarthy, administrator for the EPA, Mike Kaplan, CEO for SkiCo, and athletes Alex Deibold and Gretchen Bleiler spoke before a crowd of around 30 at the base of Aspen Mountain about the environmental and economic impacts of global warming.

McCarthy pointed out that winter sports athletes like Deibold and Bleiler can help inform the younger generations on the dangers of climate change, which can be devastating for mountain town economies.

No where near as devastating as your policies you damn moonbat.

“It’s a big, base-bottom deal for our economy,” she said. “So let’s get off our butts, let’s work together, let’s start taking action. These guys are going to reach the young people, I’m going to keep yapping at the older ones, and someone’s going to get the middle, and we are going to make things happen.”

Like what? You do realize that all that yapping generates copious amounts of hot air which can add to Global Warming, don’t you? Then we have McCarthy going full stoopid.

“We need to take action, not tomorrow, but today,” she said. “Climate change does threaten skiing, it does threaten snowboarding, it does threaten winter recreation as we know it.”

She added that 2014 was the hottest year on record, and each of the previous three decades have been warmer than the one before.

And that has already been debunked by actual, real climate scientists, not the various priests and priestess from the Church of Global Warming, (Algore be praised! Algore Akbar!), you have running the EPA. In fact, if you look at the picture of McCarthy and the others at their press conference, they are outside. They are bundled in heavy winter clothes and there is a lot of snow on the ground. I guess they can’t see the hypocrisy of that image. They should have held their conference in Hawaii or something.

Kaplan noted that rising global temperatures will dramatically change the way Colorado’s mountains look in winter, and possibly put SkiCo out of business.

“The biggest threat to our business is the very same that’s facing our generation,” Kaplan said. “We want to be in business forever. … However, by 2100, we’re going to have pinyon trees growing on top of Highland Bowl. Pinyon trees at 12,392 feet. We all know what’s up there now, right, it’s alpine tundra, it’s wildflowers. There’s not a tree for at least 1,000 vertical feet. … My grandkids will not be bringing their children up to Highland Bowl.”

These people are not just ignorant, they are dangerously stupid. They are what are known as “true Believers” and nothing anyone says will sway them. These utter morons think that the Kevin Costner movie, “Waterworld” was a documentary, and not just a bad, and very cheesy movie. Now if you excuse me, I need to help the Angry Groundskeeper clear the 2+ FEET of global warming from in front of the building.
