Good day all. As you should know by now, a Jordanian Air Force pilot was forced down in December and captured by the cowards known as ISIS. The Jordanians considered trading a couple of terrorists they had for the pilot, but wanted proof of life.
ISIS was not forthcoming with that proof, but led the Jordanians to believe the pilot, Muath al-Kasasba, was burned alive and the video of his murder was released the other day. It turns out that ISIS had murdered First Lieutenant al-Kasaba January 3rd and were never interested in trading him for the Al-Qaeda scum that were rotting in a Jordanian prison.
When the news came out on how ISIS had murdered the brave Lieutenant Muath al-Kasasba, the king of Jordan, Abdullah II ibn al-Hussein, went absolutely ballistic. To begin with, the two terrorists he was considering trading for Lt. Al-Kasasba, were hanged until dead. King Abdullah II was in Washington when all this broke, and met with Lawmakers on Capitol Hill as well as that useless idiot, Obama. It was in these meetings with the lawmakers that King Abdullah II made his threat to rip ISIS into small pieces. Here are the details from Fox News:
Jordan’s King Abdullah, himself a former general, angrily vowed to pursue ISIS until his military runs “out of fuel and bullets,” in a closed door meeting with U.S. lawmakers that followed the release Wednesday of a grisly video showing a captured Jordanian airman being burned alive in a cage by the terrorist army.
All I can say Your Majesty is, Go get them!
The pledge preceded the hanging of two Al Qaeda terrorists early Wednesday in Jordan, a swift response to the video that could be a mere harbinger of coming retribution from the Arab kingdom in the wake of the sadistic slaughter. King Abdullah’s words were echoed by military leaders, who vowed an “earth-shaking” response, proportionate to the magnitude of the tragedy of all Jordanians.” But it was the words of their visibly shaken king, who commanded his nation’s special forces before assuming the throne in 1999, that could foreshadow what is in store for the black-clad terrorist army whose atrocities have shocked the civilized world.
This might be the straw that break’s ISIS’s back. Jordan has always been a bit different from the other Arab nations. They have reasonable relations with Israel and the two countries have only really fought a war once, and although they give lip service to the Anti-Israeli nuts in other Arab countries, they have stayed out of the other wars. When Israel and Jordan have disagreements, they sit down and discuss them like rational people.
“He said there is going to be retribution like ISIS hasn’t seen,” said Rep. Duncan Hunter Jr., R-Calif., a Marine Corps veteran of two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan, who was in the meeting with the king. “He mentioned ‘Unforgiven’ and he mentioned Clint Eastwood, and he actually quoted a part of the movie.”
If the King quoted Clint Eastwood, He’s really pissed. Contrast King Abdullah’s reaction with that of that SCoaMF, Barack Obama.
“It’s just one more indication of the viciousness and barbarity of this organization,” Obama said. “And I think it will redouble the vigilance and determination on the part of the global coalition to make sure that they are degraded and ultimately defeated.”
What a useless, miserable waste of oxygen. We have been seeing six years of cowardice and appeasement from this scumbag we’re forced to address as “Mr. President” the likes of which haven’t been seen since the 1930’s in Europe. We saw where that led.
Jordan’s King Abdullah is a pilot and swore he would lead the strikes against ISIS. In an article on Newsmax:
“The Jordanian King Abdullah II will participate personally on Thursday in conducting air strikes against the shelters of the terrorist ISIL organization to revenge the execution of the Jordanian pilot [First Lieutenant Moaz al-Kasasbeh] by the ISIL,” said one IraqiNews report published Wednesday.
Good for you your Highness! None of this heading out to the golf course and worrying about your handicap.
Of course, there’s always someone who says the King isn’t actually going to lead the airstrikes.
Turkish news site Anadolu Agency soon reported on Thursday, however, that the stories of his personal involvement were false.
Frankly, I prefer to think the good King is going to bomb the crap out of ISIS, although I can see where this might be a bit of hyperbole by King Abdullah. He may not have kept up his flight status, being busy with the duties of state, and there is the fact that Jordan won’t want to risk him.
Now this brings us to the king’s promise with regards to going after ISIS. He said he would keep after them until they ran out of fuel and bullets. Jordan is not a wealthy nation and modern military actions are expensive. Therefore I think we need to start a program to send donations to Jordan for the purposes of buying fuel and ammunition along with spare parts. And if there are no dietary restrictions, send the Jordanian troops some pizza as well.
