Det. Frank Drebin is now a politician in Texas

Good day all. With all the really awful news, it’s time for a change. Recently there was a small “incident” during a city council meeting in Georgetown, Texas.

The incident in question was a typical “Open Mike” problem. Here are the hilarious details from CBS Houston:

Rachael Jonrowe, mayor pro tem for Georgetown, Texas, was speaking during a council meeting about deadly infectious diseases when everyone in the room could hear someone going to the bathroom. It turns out a councilman forgot to turn off his microphone.

Oh that is so embarrassing. It’s a good thing that there isn’t a video of it out there. Oh wait, there IS!!

Oh that poor mayor. Here she is trying to make a very serious point when a Frank Drebin wannabe, (Unless it was former Detective Frank Drebin), causes her to break up spectacularly. Now why do I think that this is actually Frank Drebin? He has a history of this sort of mistake. Observe.
