And now we have the Stupid Criminal of the Month!

Good day all. Recently I posted a “Stupid Criminal of the Week article regarding one blithering idiot, Levi Charles Reardon. I didn’t expect to top that one as quickly as this, but now we have another idiot, and this one makes it to the Criminal of the Month!

This chucklehead, one Sirbio Sanchez, was literally on his way out of prison when he pulled what has to be the dumbest move ever. Here are the details from myfoxny.com:

A New Jersey man is back behind bars after authorities say he punched two guards while being released from a Pennsylvania jail.

Authorities have charged 43-year-old Sirbio Sanchez of Union City, New Jersey, with aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a corrections officer and other counts.

State police said in a statement Sanchez was leaving the Monroe County Correctional Facility in Hamilton when he punched the officers.

Words fail me. Convicts, when they are clsoe to their release date would seem to want to be on their best behavior. Slugging a couple of guards after you have completed your sentence and are on your way out the door?

Maybe they should just shoot him next time and save us all the bother and expense of a trial and incarceration.
