Cruz verses McConnell: GAME ON!

Good day all. Last week Senator Ted Cruz, (R-Texas), stood on the floor of the United States Senate and called Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, (RINO-Kentucky), a liar.

Cruz didn’t use innuendo, he didn’t quibble or dance around the issue, he told the Senate and America that McConnell lied to him and to others. We might not think much about this, but in that upholstered toilet called the United States Senate, that is one step below Cruz walking up to McConnell and punching him right in his lying face. Here is the video of Cruz’s speech listing his accusations against McConnell:

Cruz didn’t just call McConnell a liar, he also went after Crybaby Boehner as well. Granted, this is like shooting blue whales in a bucket, but Cruz took the shot. McConnell, just like Boehner, has proven himself to be nothing more than a lying statist thug who will not support the Republican base.

Hmm, I think I might have identified that “Creepy Clown” from an earlier post. Does anyone know if this walking turd was in Chicago last week?

According to Fox News:

Cruz has grown increasingly outspoken about his contempt for McConnell and other Republicans, using his newly published book, “A Time for Truth,” to attack his colleagues on various fronts and accuse them of failing to stand up for their principles.

McConnell’s only principle is to himself. He, and other so called “Republican’s” despise Cruz and the others like him who understand they were sent to Washington to stop the power grabs by Obama and the federal government. Because Cruz threatens the RINO’s power, they want to destroy him.

Some close to McConnell call Cruz, “Mr. 1 percent,” referring to his share of support in the crowded race for the GOP presidential nomination. Recent polls have him a few points higher among more than a dozen contenders.

Ted Cruz is running for President, and while I like him, I think he should stay in the Senate and work to protect the few real Republicans in there and force people like McConnell out. I could see Cruz as Majority Leader. Of course, in order for that to happen, people like McCain, Grassely and others need to be sent to the knackers yard with the rest of the over the hill barnyard animals. Standing on the floor of the Senate and calling the Majority leader, a member, ostensibly, of the same party and publicly calling him a liar is a good start.

Me, I probably would have knocked McConnell’s teeth down his throat. (One reason I’m not running for office)

  1. Actually, my evil fantasy involves Scott Walker getting elected, and appointing a team of Conservative All-Stars to Cabinet Positions.

    Trey Gowdy as AG
    John Bolton as SecState
    Carly Fiorina as Commerce
    Ben Carson as HHS
    Allen West as SecDef
    etc. . .

. . . and Sarah Palin as Interior or Energy

    But. . .not appointing Cruz.

And then we wait for a Justice to die.

Picture a Rose Garden ceremony. President Walker, flanked by AG Gowdy (and probably VP Rubio, against my better hopes), announces his choice for the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. . .

. . . and THEN Ted Cruz walks out.

    Heads would EXPLODE. . .

That sounds good, except for vp rubio. I don’t trust him. He says he isn’t for amnesty anymore but then he’s in campaign mode. He doesn’t really understand how serious the invasion problem is or he wouldn’t have introduced the bill he did.

      • I’m not sure the USSC is a good place for Cruz. It isn’t that I don’t think he would be perfect on the bench, it’s just that I think he can do more elsewhere. Besides, there are a number of others who are just as good as he is who can be placed on the bench.

Also, why wait for one to die? Considering their recent rulings over the last 10-20 years, it’s time for some good old fashioned impeachments.
