Good day all. Last week, Vice-President Joseph “Slow Joe” Biden announced he wasn’t going to run for President. That announcement left copious amounts egg on a number of pundits faces.
Last night on CBS’s 60 Minutes, he announced why he wasn’t running. He figured out that he couldn’t win. Here are some of the details, (With comments from me), from Fox News:
Vice President Joe Biden says he decided against running for president because he “couldn’t win,” not because he would have had too little time to get a campaign up and running. “I’ll be very blunt. If I thought we could’ve put together the campaign … that our supporters deserve and our contributors deserved, … I would have done it,” he said in an interview aired Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.”
First, it’s nice to see that the Gaffe Master’s brain started functioning for a few minutes and he understood his campaign was doomed from the start. The disingenuous part was his saying he wouldn’t be able to pull a campaign together in the time remaining. It would have been difficult, but he could have done it. There were plenty of people ready to bail on Hillary and Bernie who would have gone over to a Biden campaign.
“I’ve said from the beginning, ‘Look, I like Hillary. Hillary and I get along together,” he said. “The only reason to run is because … I still think I could do a better job than anybody else could do.”

Oh that is a good one. I have no doubt he would have buried Cankles good and deep in the polls. No one likes her and the only reason she is ahead in the Democrat polls is that there isn’t anyone else. Comrade Bernie will get his head handed to him in the General Election and has already handed the crown to Cankles with his Debate Debacle a few weeks ago.
The vice president did say he wants to continue to have a voice in party affairs and will speak up whenever he wishes.
So, we will continue to receive the “Wisdom of the Ages” from one of the dumbest politicians in recent memory? I see many humorous moments with the Gaffe Master grouping teenage girls and offering sage legal advice guaranteed to put people in jail.
“I will make no bones about that,” he said. “I don’t want the party walking away from what Barack and I did.
What you and Obama did? Let’s look at that shall we? Illegal wars, (Libya), ignoring the constitutional separation of powers, (Granted the GOP refused to fight back, but still), abuse of power using the Internal Revenue Service to suppress conservative groups, one coverup after another, the first Attorney General in history to be held in contempt of congress, shall I continue meat head?
I have no doubt that the current crop of criminals in congress will do everything they can to maintain Obama’s diktats. If Cankles should somehow sleaze her way into the White House, you know she will continue with most of his ideas and really double down on the Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrat’s desires to oppress and enslave people.
You, being the utter moron you have shown yourself to be over the decades, probably would have ended up being removed from office under the 25th Amendment for being demonstrably mentally incompetent. Fortunately for you and everyone else, you had a moment of clear headed sanity and decided that your time has passed.
