Good day all. MSNBC long ago became the laughing stock of Cable television. Their ratings are regularly beaten by assorted ShamWow Infomercials. One of the reasons for this is their Moonbat hosts.
In this case, we have the ever enchanting, (Go ahead, I’ll wait. Finished laughing? Good), Rachel Maddow. On her program she issued what has become known as a “Trigger Warning”. This warning is for people so sensitive to other ideas that they have to be alerted so they can go to their safe spaces. Here are the details from NewsBusters:
Warning, sensitive MSNBC viewers may want to look away. That’s essentially what Rachel Maddow told liberal watchers on Wednesday night before showing a picture of anti-Hillary Clinton buttons at the Republican convention. Considering the hateful rhetoric that’s come out of MSNBC for years, perhaps that viewer warning should have appeared in the past.
Maddow continued, “But from calling Hillary Clinton a bitch, to the KFC special referring to her breasts and thighs and left-wing and all of those other things. That’s part of the merchandise of the RNC.”
I gather that Maddow has forgotten what her coworkers on MSNBC have said in regards to any Republicans they take a dislike to, which would be all of them.
Former network anchor Martin Bashir in 2013 wished that someone would defecate and urinate on Sarah Palin. In 2008, then-anchor Keith Olbermann accused George W. Bush of “murderous deceit” and told the Republican to “shut the hell up.” In 2016, Chris Matthews slimed that Ted Cruz “operates below the level of human life.”
There is a reason Bashir and Olbermann were removed from MSNBC. It wasn’t due to low ratings, in general, MSNBC has no ratings. It was the problem of their going so over the top that they actually put MSNBC into legal jeopardy. Mad Cow Maddow hasn’t done that yet…I think. I don’t watch MSNBC so I really can’t say.
For the average moonbat, living in their echo chamber, reality is never having to deal with any ideas you don’t like. This is why Mad Cow Maddow issued the trigger warning. Of course, a fair number of her viewers are Cave In Bernie Sanders supporters, so they have no real issue with trashing your BFF, Hillary Clinton. For the others? Well, this might help.
