Good day all, in a ruling last week, another Obama judge decided to screw over the victims of Obama and Felonia von pantsuit yet again. In this case, the Obama appointed judge threw out a lawsuit against Felonia brought by the families of the Benghazi victims.
The ruling was, asinine as it is, in my unschooled opinion, incorrect. Here are the details explaining things from Fox News:
A federal judge tossed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton by the parents of two Americans killed at a diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, ruling Friday the former secretary of state did not defame them when disputing allegations that she had lied.
“The untimely death of plaintiffs’ sons is tragic, and the Court does not mean to minimize the unspeakable loss that plaintiffs have suffered in any way,” U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington wrote in a 29-page opinion.
The suit also alleged Clinton’s use of a private email server caused the death of their sons, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, because it exposed terrorists to sensitive information.
I have to say that there is no proof that terrorists broke into that server. However, they are probably the only ones who didn’t.
They claimed Clinton lied when she allegedly told them it was a YouTube video that prompted the consulate attack.
Which she did and was documented. However, the judge is one of those who doesn’t let facts get in the way of covering up von Pantsuits criminal activities.
Berman ruled the parents didn’t sufficiently challenge that Clinton was not acting in her official capacity when she used the private server, and that the families didn’t put forward appropriate claims that Clinton defamed them or put them in a false light.
I gather that Judge Stupid had been living in a cave for the last 10 years. Felonia von Pantsuit’s private mail server was totally illegal and in violation of a number of rules, regulations and federal statutes, one of those being the Espionage Act. The whitewashing by James “The Corrupt Coward” Comey and his doing all he could to bury the case is meaningless. Felonia is still at risk of prosecution.
Clinton’s homebrew server bedeviled her campaign before it officially began. Emails later released under the Freedom of Information Act showed some contained classified information, although they were not marked as such at the time.
You didn’t quite complete the sentence there on the classified information, did you? It’s since come out that Felonia’s minions had stripped the classified headers, apparently on her orders, from those emails, again in violation of federal rules, regulations ans statutes. I have little doubt that the families will appeal this decision, and that this case will go forward.
