Good day all. The battle for the Sanctuary Cities is beginning. ICE, (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), is ramping up to go into the so called “Sanctuary Cities” and start picking up criminal aliens.
The Proglodyte Moonbat Democrats running most of these cities are stating that they are going to protect these criminals. The Acting Director of ICE, Thomas Homan is fully on board with President Trump’s plans to deal with illegal aliens, particularly those who are also committing other crimes. Here are some of the details from The Hill:
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Thomas Homan on Tuesday said he plans to further crack down on undocumented immigrants by sending more resources and agents to sanctuary cities. Homan told Washington Examiner on Tuesday that he plans to address “ludicrous” sanctuary cities.
“In the America I grew up in, cities didn’t shield people who violated the law,” Homan told the publication. “What I want to get is a clear understanding from everybody, from the congressmen to the politicians to law enforcement to those who enter the country illegally, that ICE is open for business.”
“We’re going to enforce the laws on the books without apology, we’ll continue to prioritize what we do,” Homan continued. “But it’s not OK to violate the laws of this country anymore, you’re going to be held accountable.”

During his interview with the Examiner, Homan also praised the Trump administration, saying it has “taken the handcuffs off law enforcement,” allowing them to address immigration more thoroughly.
“You can like President Trump, not like him, like his policies, not like his policies, but one thing no one can argue with is the effect they’ve had,” said Homan.
Meanwhile, the “Leaders” of the Sanctuary Cities are digging in. According to Fox News:
The acting ICE director is vowing to use new resources to target undocumented immigrants in sanctuary cities – a move likely to hit resistance from mayors and local law enforcement who previously have refused to cooperate with federal authorities.
The local police are acting under the direct orders of the political, civilian leadership. The Rank and File officers are probably not to happy with the orders. The problem here is, these criminals that the politicians in these cities are protecting, besides needing to be deported, in a few cases, should be thrown into a prison. The mayors and city councils are protecting these felons at the expense of American citizens and lawful resident aliens.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions also traveled Friday to Philadelphia, one of the nation’s biggest sanctuary cities, to call out the local government for not cooperating with federal immigration policies. He said such cities “aren’t giving sanctuary to law-abiding people but criminals” and urged Philadelphia to “reconsider carefully the harm they are doing to their citizens.”
I have my issues with Sessions, particularly his pro-Asset forfeiture beliefs. However, that’s something fro another day. In this case, I agree with him, and frankly, I think it’s time to start explaining to these Proglodyte politicians that if they continue with their obstruction, they will be prosecuted.
An ICE spokesperson told Fox News there is no specific operational plan or timetable in place yet but that the agency will focus new resources that come their way on places that don’t cooperate with detainer requests.
“As Director Homan stated, uncooperative jurisdictions have a higher rate of criminal alien releases than in places that honor ICE detainers,” the ICE official told Fox News. “As a result, ICE is forced to focus additional resources to conduct at-large arrests in the field in these non-cooperative areas.”
And these criminals then go on to commit even more crimes against innocent Americans and lawful, law abiding resident aliens.
The requests, sometimes called immigration holds, are a vital tool the agency uses to go after illegal immigrants. The detainer asks local authorities to hold a person in jail up to 48 hours beyond when he or she is set to be released so federal officials can take them into custody.
It’s one thing when ICE screws up and doesn’t send the hold notice, in these cases, the local governments outright ignore them. Instead, they are released and promptly disappear. In far to many cases, they are caught again after they have killed someone.
The crackdown on sanctuary cities lines up with Trump’s promised prioritization of the issue on the campaign trail. Members of his administration have repeatedly tried to link violent crime to illegal immigration – though mayors of sanctuary cities across the country have pushed back on that assertion.
“Actually, cities like Austin (Texas) are safer and have better economies,” Austin Mayor Steve Adler said in a statement. “ICE should be figuring out why that’s true and applying those lessons.”
Let me try and explain something to the Mayor of Austin. You are sworn to UPHOLD THE LAW, as well as the Constitutions of the state of Texas and the United States. You are actively aiding and abetting criminals in their escape from federal custody, and as far as I’m concerned, you need to be criminally charged.
If one of your pet illegal aliens commits another crime, you should be, along with everyone else in the city government who acted to get this criminal released, be charged as accessories and with aiding and abetting. If they kill someone, then you, Mr. Mayor, need to face charges of murder. Perhaps a few Moonbat hacks put on death row might encourage the others to stop helping criminals.
While not a technical term, “sanctuary cities” are places that have refused to work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials after detaining undocumented immigrants. By law, they are required to inform the feds when they have an illegal immigrant in custody, even if he or she has not been convicted of a crime.
Well then, time for a federal grand jury!
There are an estimated 200 to 608 local and state governments with some sort of sanctuary policy in place – however, their degree of cooperation varies. Some work with federal authorities on felony convictions while others only comply in civil investigations. There are a few places that refuse to cooperate altogether.
The DoJ should concentrate on those that outright refuse. Rounding up an entire city government, and getting convictions should do wonders with other locations and their lack of cooperation when it comes to protecting America from criminals.
The Trump administration has tried to strong-arm some jurisdictions into reversing their sanctuary policies by threatening to cut off millions of dollars in federal funds.
Late Thursday, a San Francisco federal judge refused to reinstate Trump’s sanctuary cities order, which sought to slash funding to cities that limit their cooperation with federal immigration authorities. The ruling is the latest turn in the heated battle between the Trump administration and local governments pushing back on the policies.

And that was yet another Obama Judge exceeding his authority. Frankly, it’s long past time to put these corrupt judges in their place. I would prefer impeachment and removal, but if their actions cause someone to be killed, then arrest them and name them as accessories. You don’t need to wait for impeachment if you can get criminal convictions.

We are at a crossroads in American history. We have the Proglodyte, Fascist Liberals on one side, dedicated to the complete destruction of the United States as a sovereign, free and independent nation, and the rest of the people who want America to be great again. President Trump, Attorney General Sessions, it’s time to start going after all of these moonbats who are aiding criminals. There are plenty of statutes on the books. All that is needed is the will to use them.

Concur. Accessory to a crime. Do some time mayor. Maybe start with some medium sized city (pick of many in People’s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan). Then go bigger.
