Good day all. Yesterday, the Senate tried to pass a “Stripped down” repeal of Obamacare. Once again, the GOP(e) failed, even though the Republicans control both houses of Congress. This time, the failure can be tied directly to Senator John McCain.
McStain, who was recently diagnosed with brain cancer, was the deciding vote in continuing the disaster known as Obamacare. He was assisted in this by two of the more notorious RINO’s in the Senate, Maine’s Susan Collins and Alaska’s Lisa Murkowski. Both Collins and Murkowski are well known big government statists who would be more at home with the Democrats. Even so, if McStain had just done what the voters wanted, then this bill would have passed the Senate. Here are some of the details from Bloomberg on McStains backstabbing:
A months-long effort by Senate Republicans to pass health legislation collapsed early Friday after GOP Senator John McCain joined two of his colleagues to block a stripped-down Obamacare repeal bill.
“I regret that our efforts were simply not enough, this time,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on the Senate floor after the vote. “This is clearly a disappointing moment.”
“It’s time to move on,” he added after pulling the bill from the floor.
No scumbag, it’s time to start punishing those three turncoats. Alaska is suffering greatly under Obamacare and that two-faced dried up thundercunt, Murkowski knows this. She just doesn’t care. Collins is just plain stupid. McSlime, on the other hand, has always been a worthless piece of crap, always looking out for himself and screwing over anyone who gets in his way.
Speaking on Fox News Friday morning, Republican National Committee Chairman Ronna Romney McDaniel said “it’s a tough day for Republicans,” while insisting party lawmakers will continue their drive to replace the Affordable Care Act.
“We campaigned on this for seven years,” McDaniel said. The vast majority of congressional Republicans supported replacement legislation in votes this year, she said, adding that “we’re not done.”
One of the things the RNC needs to start doing is looking for replacements for certain members of congress, starting with Murkowski and Collins. With a little bit of luck. McSlime will be dead and rotting in the ground by the time his next primary occurs.
McConnell has struggled to find a compromise that satisfies conservatives, who have demanded a wholesale repeal of Obamacare, and moderates, who have been unnerved by predictions the bill would significantly boost the ranks of uninsured Americans.
McConnell is incompetent. He’s shown that he doesn’t have what it takes to actually run the Senate. As crooked as Harry Reid was, he was able to bully people and ram things through. Mitch McSpineless has shown that he is a flat out wimp.
Republicans have been under intense pressure to deliver on their repeal promises. But repeated pleas — and threats — from the White House and conservative groups weren’t enough to push the bill through.
Because the GOP(e) and the rest of the Beltway Uniparty don’t give a rat’s ass about anything but their personal privileges and power.
“I sadly feel a great many Americans will feel betrayed, that they were lied to, and that sentiment will not be unjustified. You cannot campaign against Obamacare and then vote for Obamacare,” Republican Senator Ted Cruz said early Friday.
You can if you’re a scumbag…Like John McSlime.
A crestfallen Bill Cassidy said he hopes Democrats are now interested in working on a broader deal, like the one he developed with Susan Collins.
“I’ve tried in the past, as has Susan, to have a dialogue. It hasn’t worked. Maybe this had to happen to begin to have a conversation,” the Louisiana Republican said.
Take your dialogue and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine. You have all shown the American People what you truly are. Liars who put themselves ahead of their constituents and the nation. You were sent to Washington not to fix Obamacare, but to bury it.
As for that turncoat McCain? Normally you don’t wish people in his medical situation ill. In this case, I do. I want that two-faced, lying son of a bitch to die a long, slow, horrible death, then I want his reputation thoroughly trashed.
We can start with the rumors that he did a “Wet Start” of his A-4 Skyhawk and that led to the fire on the USS Forrestal. I’ve heard third hand stories, (Someone I know who knows members of the crew who were on board the Forrestal at the time of the fire), who outright accuse McCain of playing games with his engine and causing a Zuni rocket on another plane to misfire.
Then we have the Keating 5 scandal which was part of the collapse of the Savings and Loan banks back in the 1980’s. McCain managed to skate on that mess when at best, he should have been forced to resign his seat. (Perhaps, “at best” should mean going to prison) Instead, this lying walking diaper McStain has managed to con people into reelecting him to the senate, where he promptly betrays them.
I do not come to praise Senator John McCain. I come to wish him ill. He should resign his seat and allow someone who actually gives a damn for the country and the voters he, or she, represents. McSlime has proven time and time again he only represents himself and anyone who can help him. Everyone else? He doesn’t want to hear from them.
John McCain, do America a favor and just die already.
