Good day all. The vote has been taken and the United States has a new associate justice, Brett Kavanaugh.
In a vote that was near party line, Justice Kavanaugh was confirmed, 50-48. The sole CommuNazi to vote in favor was Senator Manchin from Virginia, who is in a tight race. Senator Rino Murkowski, who was going to vote no, abstained since another Republican couldn’t be there to vote in favor of Justice Kavanaugh.
As you might expect, the Progressive CommuNazis are going bezerk. Now there is a majority on the bench that actually reads and follows the Constitution. (Well, John Roberts does have serious problems with understanding tax laws and the Constitution in regards to Obamacare)
There is every possibility that the next one gone will be Ruth Bader Ginsberg. She’s no spring chicken and has problems staying awake for minor things like listing to opposing arguments. She’s older than dirt, and has decided that legislating from the bench is so much more fun then bother with that document she doesn’t like, the United States Constitution. (The old moonBat prefers the South African Constitution apparently)
It’s going to be interesting to see how all this plays out next month in the midterm elections. President Trump is continuing to win, making America Great again and driving the CommuNazis and Never Trumpers from the GOP(e) wing of the Beltway Uniparty nuts.
The GOP base, along with the Independents have been horrified by the actions of DiFiChineseSpy, (aka Diane Feinstein), and how the CommuNazis have basically decided that being innocent until proven guilty, due process and an actual fair and impartial hearing are no longer important.
Thanks to the blatant assault by the left, people who were not going to bother to vote, or were leaning toward the CommuNazis may decide to come out and vote Republican. Add to that the latest jobs reports, with more and more people finding jobs every day, and jobs that were thought gone forever now coming back to the United States.
The only thing the CommuNazis have promised is to restore things to the way they were in the dark days of the Obama tyranny. Previoulsy, when they had been shown the door by an angry public, they had the courts that they had stacked with good CommuNazi judges to watch their back. Now they have lost that advantage as the conservative wing has finally put a solid majority on the court. Congratulation to Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh!
