Good day all. I recently wrote about a Militia group that detained a number of Illegal Aliens as they crossed the border. The militia group held them until the Border Patrol could come and collect them. This caused the usual suspect to say the usual things. However, things are coming to a head and now actual firefights are now occurring along the border.
There have been a number of incidents over the years, with casualties on both sides. Now things appear to be ramping up and not in a good way. The Coyotes, (Criminals who smuggle Illegal Aliens across the border) are now firing on the Border patrol. Here are the details from the Washington Times:
An AK-47-toting man smuggling illegal immigrants opened fire on ICE agents in Phoenix last week, sparking a shootout that left another member of his smuggling gang dead, according to court documents detailing the latest episode in what authorities say is growing violence in the illegal immigrant economy.
The incident has drawn scant national attention, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and federal prosecutors have been tight with details, saying the April 11 shootout is still under investigation.
I’m not at all surprised that the CommuNazi Propaganda and Fake News Service, (formally known as the Main Stream Media), isn’t covering this. It would mean they would have to leave their safe spaces where everything is puppies and unicorns and actually DO THEIR JOBS! As for the Kalashnikov, it doesn’t say if this was a semi-automatic version or a milspec full auto version. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it was a full auto version.
But the picture that emerges from the court documents is of an abusive immigration-smuggling gang running a stash house on an Indian reservation that spans the border, preying off the misery of migrants whom they kidnapped and extorted for money before delivering to their destinations.
But wasn’t that what Mexico, The ACLU and the Democrats were recently accusing an American Militia group of doing, with absolutely no proof at all?
Authorities were tipped to the gang when one of the migrants, who’d wasn’t a client but whom the gang kidnapped just after he snuck across the border, managed to escape through a window and flagged down a police officer.
I guess he would rather be shipped back to the Turd World Hellhole he comes from then end up in an unmarked mass grave somewhere.
As agents from ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations worked to roll up the smuggling ring, they encountered some of its members apparently making a run to California carrying two illegal immigrant customers. When agents tried to make a traffic stop on the gang’s Chevrolet Trailblazer the SUV sped off, plowing through other cars and smashing one ICE vehicle into a wall, according to the court documents.
Here’s the thing that the criminals sometimes forget. Once they start ramming cars with people in them, Law Enforcement is now justified in opening fire on them.
Eventually the SUV spun out of control and agents closed in, which is when they say Warren Jose, one of the smugglers, grabbed an AK-47 assault rifle and began spraying the HSI agents’ vehicles with gunfire.
Good thinking there Warren. What did you think was going to happen? Now you get to spend the rest of your life on death row. Your actions got someone killed so you get to be charged with murder. Have a nice day.
Former acting ICE Director Tom Homan said the mix of the surge of illegal immigrants, the involvement of the Mexican cartels and the large sums paid — or able to be extorted — for smuggling have fueled the violence.
You know, it’s long past time to declare the cartels terrorist organizations and just take the gloves off. Send in the military with air support and just start wiping these thugs and their supporters out. It worked for Tom Clancy after all.
ICE spokeswoman Yasmeen Pitts O’Keefe said Phoenix police are conducting a homicide and attempted investigation, while federal authorities are conducting a human smuggling investigation. Phoenix police this week revealed the identity of 29-year-old Theresa Medina Thomas, the driver of the SUV who was slain.
Ok, I stand corrected. The Feds are leaving the murder charges for the local authorities.
Thomas had her own long history with smuggling and drug offenses, including being busted by Border Patrol agents just after Christmas in 2017 for smuggling two illegal immigrants on the Tohono O’odham reservation. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced in March 2018 to five months in prison and three years’ probation for that crime.
Well now, we don’t have to worry about her being a repeat offender any longer. She’s now a totally reformed criminal, and her compatriots are going to be spending some significant quality time in a nice maximum security prison.
What is really worrying is that these smugglers just don’t care about anything as demonstrated by their opening fire on federal agents. We have seen them cross into the United States over private property, (Local farmers and ranchers with land along the border), and then attacking the home owners.
This is one of the reasons the militia groups are forming up. Eventually, there is going to be an incident between the citizens and the criminals. How it will end is anyone’s guess, but I can tell you that the civil rights of the criminals in that situation won’t be on the minds of the Militia teams.
I think that the dimbulbs in Congress and the media might want to read about Pancho Villa. This time, any “Punitive Expedition” into Mexico isn’t going to leave a lot standing, especially if there a lot of American citizens killed by these criminals. If they continue backing the Criminal Aliens over Americans and legal resident aliens, losing the next election will be the least of their problems. (It’s hard to run for reelection when you’re on trial for aiding and abetting, conspiracy, etc)
