Good day all. It appears that the Republican party is taking lessons from the moonbat wing of the Democrat Party. There is now a motion to strip San Fran Nan Pelosi of her of her position as Speaker of the House and expel her from the house of Representatives.
Last week, a motion to was made and now has over 100 signatories to force Adam Schifthead to recuse himself from any further work on the alleged impeachment queries he’s ramming through the intelligence committee. Now, someone wants to kick Nancy Pelosi out of the house entirely. Here are the details from Fox News:
A Louisiana Republican congressman introduced a resolution Tuesday, (Oct. 15), to expel Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., from the House of Representatives, the latest sign that frustration in the GOP is building as Democrats continue their impeachment inquiry against President Trump.
Rep. Ralph Abraham’s resolution stands no realistic chance of passing in the Democratic-controlled House. Likewise, Republicans have argued that Democrats’ potential articles of impeachment are all but certain to stall if they ever reach the Senate.
Oh, I don’t know. Senile Nancy has managed to anger pretty much everyone. I can see Alexandria Occasional-Cortex signing on to this. She probably sees herself as becoming the next Speaker of the House.
“Nancy Pelosi’s vicious crusade against our lawfully-elected President is nothing more than a politically-motivated witch hunt and it must be stopped,” Abraham said in a statement. “She has disgraced the people’s House and weaponized the Speaker’s gavel for her party’s political gain.”
Abraham added: “House Democrats spent nearly three years obsessed with election meddling only to dwarf any such efforts with their own deceitful plan to nullify the 2016 election and prevent President Trump from winning in 2020. I have introduced a resolution calling for her to be expelled from the House and for the Speaker’s Office to be vacated.”
Everything Representative Abraham says is not inaccurate. Pelosi and the other CommuNazis, especially since the 2018 midterms, have been going full bore to overturn the 2016 vote and force President Trump out. The problem here is, she’s doing it the exact same way she shoved Obamacare down the throats of America. By cutting out the Republicans.
Granted, most of the Republicans in the House see this impeachment nonsense for what it is. A plan to railroad a sitting president who they hate out of the Oval Office. They would vote no on authorizing an actual impeachment hearing and wouldn’t support actually impeaching President Trump. Still, it would give San Fran Nan some cover, unless she doesn’t think she would actually have the votes of all the Democrats either. A lot of Democrats in Congress are from Districts that support Trump.
The text of the resolution reads simply: “Resolved, That pursuant to Article 1, Section 5, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, Representative Nancy Pelosi be, and she hereby is, expelled from the House of Representatives and the Office of the Speaker is declared to be vacant.”
The resolution has zero chance of passing since it needs both Republican AND Democrats to be on board. To boot San Fran Nan out of office requires a two thirds majority, and that isn’t going to happen. Stripping her of the Speaker’s gavel, on the other hand, requires a simple majority. Usually the Majority party rubber stamps their choice. However, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that enough Democrats might decide to flush Pelosi that, with the Republicans, she’s removed.
What happens next will be mighty entertaining. You will see the hard left activists such as Alexandria Occasional-Cortex and the others all vying to get their grubby Communist hands on the Speaker’s gavel, and the old timers trying to hold them off. Personally, I would love to see Occasional-Cortex or one of the other screwballs take over. They would almost guarantee a complete rout electorally speaking in 2020.
