The Stolen Election of 2020, Texas steps up to the plate

Good day all. As the evidence mounts that the 2020 presidential election was tainted by massive fraud, President Trump and others have been heading into court to get them to actually enforce the laws of the states in question, as well as restore trust to the electoral process.

We have seen the political leaders of both parties deny anything untoward happened even when there is physical evidence of vote tampering. (The security footage from Georgia) Now the State of texas has decided that the time has come to force the issue to the Supreme Court. Here are the details of this breaking story from CBS DFW 21:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued battleground states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, saying they made unconstitutional changes to their laws before the 2020 election. Paxton said those states tainted the integrity of the vote in Texas and all states. Here is his full statement on the matter:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in the United States Supreme Court. The four states exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election. The battleground states flooded their people with unlawful ballot applications and ballots while ignoring statutory requirements as to how they were received, evaluated and counted.

Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election. The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.”

As you might expect, people are looking at this and saying that it’s garbage.

Paxton’s announcement sparked immediate response on social media, with many weighing in on the validity of the suit.

University of Texas School of Law professor Steve Vladeck tweeted: “It looks like we have a new leader in the ‘craziest lawsuit filed to purportedly challenge the election’ category. The State of Texas is suing Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin *directly* in #SCOTUS. (Spoiler Alert: The Court is *never* going to hear this one.)

In can’t comment on the validity of the case, since I am not, never have been and never want to be, a lawyer. However I looked up this “Law Professor.” He’s a flaming moonbat and hates President Trump. You can judge your opinion of his words after doing your own research. However, as I understand it, the nature of the case would cause it to go right to the Supreme Court and bypass the lower level courts.

We also have a response from the corrupt government og the State of Georgia. To say they aren’t all that happy, (Like anyone cares about them after seeing the blatant fraud on camera), would be a mild understatement. Here is some information from CNBC:

The claims in Texas’ lawsuit “are false and irresponsible,” Georgia’s deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs said in a fiery statement shortly after Paxton announced the legal action.

Texas alleges that there are 80,000 forged signatures on absentee ballots in Georgia, but they don’t bring forward a single person who this happened to. That’s because it didn’t happen,” Fuchs’ statement said.

The problem for Georgia is that they have done nothing to verify the votes. The state legislature is trying to come back into session to review the entire fiasco, but the governor won’t call them back to a special session. I suspect, regardless of who takes the oath of office next year, that the Governor, Secretary of State and a few others are going to be raked over the legislative coals when they do come back into session.

Next we have a whole host of lawyers, most of whom probably voted for Dementia Joe and hate his supporters. One of them is the Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel called the suit a “publicity stunt” and “beneath the dignity” of Paxton’s office.

Experts in election law were also quick to dismiss the likelihood of the nine Supreme Court justices taking the case. Paul Smith, a professor at Georgetown University Law Center who has argued voting rights cases at the Supreme Court, said the case was “wacko.”

Nessel is facing her own issues in Michigan. She has been actively working with Wretched Gretchen as she has usurped powers she isn’t entitled to. She’s also showing her ignorance of the Supreme Court. Mr. Paxton doesn’t need to convince 9 justices to take the case. I think he only needs to convince 5 of them. I will let those move conversant with the way the United States Supreme Court operates educate my 3 readers in the comments section.

In any case, this is rather big, and I find it very interesting how the progressives are attacking Paxton and the legal action he’s taking. What I am not seeing at first look is the scholarly review that will take place in court. (Hopefully. Way to many judges don’t have the scholarly sense to close their mouths, lower their heads and come in out of the rain)

One thing is certain. While the Progressives and Deep Staters could count on Chief Justice Roberts to cover for them, he has been rendered irrelevant by the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald J. Trump. His three appointments to the Supreme Court of actual scholars of the Constitution has shifted the court for a generation. In any case, once again, the Lone Star State has shown that you flat our just “Don’t Mess With Texas.”
