Good day all. Things are getting hot for the Progressive pinhead, Jason Sandfart. The attempt to by this loser to take down Baen Publishing is now going viral as more and more sights not connected with Baen pick up on the story.

One of the first ones, and I have been in contact with him, is the owner of Matthew Hopkins News, Samuel Collingwood Smith. Mr. Smith posted a comment in my first blog entry on the Progressive Liberal Totalitarian censorship of Baen’s Bar. To be honest, I was surprised that anyone actually read it. The comment got stuck in the pending bin and after reviewing it, I approved it.

From there, I linked back to his story in another post, The Fight to save Baen’s Bar is ON! with additional links. I received another direct message from the esteemed Mr. Smith, noting a follow up article and the fact that Sandfart’s Minions are attempting to deplatform the Matthew Hopkins News.

Sadly for the trolls, Mr. Smith is a British lawyer, (Barrister?), and as soon as he found the Sandfart trolls going after him, contacted his hosting company. These people took one look at the posts on the blog and basically went, “Yeah, right. No worries mate! We’ll take care of these trolls in short order.”
(CORRECTION! Mr. Smith contacted me regarding the comment in his being a lawyer. He informed me that ” I am not a barrister, I am a law graduate McKenzie Friend” I replied to Mr. Smith that my knowledge of the English legal system consisted of watching Rumpole of the Bailey)

In the second post on Matthew Hopkins News, Mr. Smith remarked on the trolls and also followed up with some communications with Jason Sandfart’s employers. He also has noted that a number of other blogs and web sites, including this tiny little thing I call Musings of the Angry Webmaster, that were also digging into Sandfart.

Now I am adding to the list. The “Big Guns” as it were are taking notice, and Legal Insurrection has started commenting on the attempted deplatforming of Baen Publishing. What makes this interesting is that the author of the piece, William A. Jacobson, had never heard of Baen Publishing or Baen’s Bar. Like Mr. Smith, Mr. Jacobson is a lawyer and also a professor at Cornell University.

What I would like to see now is some of the “Big Names” pick up this story, like Fox News’s Tucker Carlson or the fair and brilliant Michelle Malkin. We can pretty much forget about the tools and fools from the networks and fake news periodicals and sites. They’ve gone all in on suppressing the 1^st Amendment.

I know that Mr. Smith is continuing his investigations and has informed me that he will be making additional posts on this subject. As for Jason Sandfart? Well, he’s now saying people are threatening him with acts of violence. I personally doubt this, unless it’s another Jason Smollett situation. Yes, he’s pissed off a lot of people who post to Baen’s Bar, but none of them would be foolish enough to make unlawful threats.

Lawful ones, on the other hand, oh Hell YES! The Swarthy Menace would love to take Jason Sandfart apart in a legal action, but is stymied by not being in the United States. (He’s Indian don’t you know) I also suspect that Baen Publishing’s lawyers are looking into things as well. (At least one Author on The Bar is a retired lawyer himself as well as a retired Army officer)

These people will, if harmed by this walking diaper stain, go after him in court. None of the people I know on The Bar, including some of those named, would ever announce that they would harm a single hair on the head of Sandfart, let alone tell him they were going to commit a violent act on his person.

Besides, they would be far better entertained by utterly and completely destroying this jerk, in a lawful manner, and leaving him to ponder what happened to him as he lies in his own filth in an alley looking for a bottle of malt liquor. To put it bluntly, he isn’t worth the price of a bullet or the time it would take to actually do anything to him. Complete and total ruination is far better revenge, and done in a lawful manner, deeply satisfying too. Just ask any ambulance chasing lawyer.
