New Govno replacing old Govno’s people in New York

Good day all. We haven’t heard to much out of New York since Flaming Cuomo was shown the door. The new Governor, who is looking like she’s a flaming Marxist, has been busy taking the reigns and getting set up as the new Dictator of the state.

Now she is making her moves to basically secure her backside from Cuomo’s sycophants. She’s started firing all of them. Here are the details from Fox News:

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has launched a purge of agency heads and other officials appointed by her disgraced predecessor Andrew Cuomo — with at least nine bureaucrats either resigning or being told they’ll be out of a job within the next few days, sources told The Post on Friday, (September 24th), night.

Topping the list of departures is Michael Hein, the former Ulster County Executive who was tapped by Cuomo in 2019 to oversee the state Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.

Apparently, this man was put into the job for reasons other than competence.

At the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hein was put in charge of the regional control room for the Hudson Valley, monitoring key health metrics as the state tentatively reopened in summer 2020.

In recent months, Hein was supposed to oversee the distribution of $2.6 billion in federal funding to help tenants pay back rent and utility bills. He was criticized for failing to hand out the money fast enough.

Or at all it seems. He also didn’t bother to talk with then Govno Flaming Cuomo about the money either.

On Aug. 10, the day Cuomo announced his resignation, Hein admitted to lawmakers at an Assembly hearing that he had never spoken to the then-governor about the program, which was created by Congress at the beginning of this year.

Obviously, this clown needed to go. I’m guessing he got the job for being a very successful ass kisser. He wasn’t the only one booted out. The Fox story has a list of people that were either fired or told to resign.

The shake-up in Albany began hours after the Friday announcement that Amit Singh Bagga, who unsuccessfully sought to represent the 26th City Council District earlier this year, had been appointed Hochul’s deputy secretary for intergovernmental affairs.

I will be honest and state that I know absolutely nothing about this guy. I am guessing that he was brought in to be Govno Hochul’s hatchet man. Or should I say “Hatchet Person?” Is using the word “Hatchet” racist? Am I triggering people unintentionally? Has my sarcasm meter pegged yet?

It also comes one day after Hochul announced that state Health Commissioner Howard Zucker would step down from his post as soon as a replacement could be found.

Zucker, who had been in his position since 2015, was accused by critics of helping Cuomo minimize and disguise the terrible toll of COVID-19 in nursing homes across the state. It was he who issued the infamous March 2020 order that required nursing homes to accept coronavirus-positive residents returning from hospitals, provided they were not critically ill. Zucker also barred nursing homes from testing the returning residents for the virus.

Step down? How about indicting and arresting him for mass murder?

Under Zucker’s watch, the Health Department provided incomplete tallies of coronavirus death counts from nursing homes for months, by refusing to release the tallies of residents who later died in nursing homes. The Cuomo administration only released the complete figures after state Attorney General Letitia James released a report saying the Health Department’s count likely understated COVID-linked deaths at nursing home facilities by 50 percent.

Oh this guy is a real prince. Reviewing my previous comment, why hasn’t that twit now acting as governor not asked the Attorney General to arrest that scumbag? And why is she waiting until they find a replacement? It’s not like leaving the position open is going to affect things much.

Zucker’s incomplete counts obscured the connection between 1,900 COVID deaths and nursing homes in New York City alone.

Forget Sing Sing, this clown deserves a nice long term suite in in one of the Federal Government’s finer establishments. Perhaps he can share a suite with his bestest buddy, Flaming Cuomo.

When Hochul first took office in August, she declared she would have a 45-day window to assess which state workers she would keep or replace from the former administration.

It looks like she’s going to do what the greatest President of the 21st Century should have done in early 2017, fire everyone and bring in new people. She, obviously, saw how keeping the “Old gang” in place thinking they would actually work for the betterment of the state, or in President Trump’s case, the nation, turned out not to be the best idea. (No doubt, the second Trump term in 2024 will see massive terminations of Obama, Biden and Bush cronies who mounted a flat out coup against him) Now she’s going to use President Trump’s trademark phrase and clean house.
